Welcome to our cosy one-bedroom house in the heart of beautiful Porthleven, perfectly located just moments from the harbour, beach, and the village’s fantastic cafés and restaurants. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, making this an ideal base for a relaxed seaside escape.
The house is just a stone’s throw from the steps down to the beach (which is dog friendly) and some wonderful coastal spots, as well as easy access to stunning coastal walks, including the much-loved Lizard coastal path.
The property enjoys lovely sea views, which can be fully appreciated from the private balcony overlooking the water. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the boats in the harbour or take in the sunset after a day exploring the Cornish coast. Inside, the space is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to feel like a home away from home.
The house is dog friendly and welcomes one well-behaved dog. A £30 dog fee applies. For the comfort of all guests and neighbours, dogs must not be left unattended at the property at any time. As the sofas are light in colour, we kindly ask guests to bring their own dog throws for use on the furniture.
There is a single Z-bed available for a child; however, guests will need to bring their own bedding and linen for this bed.
Parking is straightforward, with one space directly outside the front of the house available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared with the neighbouring property. If this space isn’t available, there is always free parking on the road just behind the house, only a short walk away.
For safety and to protect the furniture, please bring the balcony chairs inside when they are not in use.

Please note that the TV is a smart TV only. You can access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime via apps, and watch live TV through the ITV and BBC apps

- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
- No smoking inside the property
- No unauthorised visitors to the property
- Only the guests listed on the booking form are allowed inside the property
- All names of the guests staying must be provided upon booking
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
- Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
- If you`re brining your dog please kindly bring dog throws for the sofa
