The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds and its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, making the layout ideal for families, friends, business travellers or longer stays.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is a wonderful social space, perfect for relaxing together after a day out. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, while the comfortable lounge includes a large Smart TV for cosy evenings in. Double patio doors open directly onto a private terrace.

All fixtures, fittings and appliances are only a few years old, premium quality and in excellent working order. The apartment also benefits from underfloor heating in every room and hot water on demand from a combi boiler, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

The location is extremely convenient, with Hemel Hempstead train station just a 5–10 minute walk away, offering direct trains into London Euston in around 20–30 minutes.

Berkhamsted is only a short 5-minute drive away and is well worth a visit, with its charming high street full of restaurants, pubs, cafés, independent shops, gift shops and boutiques. Nearby Berkhamsted Castle and Ashridge Estate are also fantastic places to explore.

For families, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is within easy reach near Watford, making this a great base for a magical day out.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
