'Friendly staff good deal for the price'

'The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast'

'Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 'Breakfast was fine. Our bathtub had a big area of dried soggy soap residue on the ledge. So I imagine the tub wasn’t cleaned. Never saw the pool. The stairs to the second level in our room was VERY steep. The bed setup was great otherwise to sleep 6. Check out was 10am and our child had a competition until 11am so that was very inconvenient. $75 per hour for late check out. No thanks. I don’t know why they have such an early checkout. We were going to have lunch at their restaurant before...

'Loved how clean the room was. Appreciated that several pillows with a range of firmnesses were provided. Despite noises from a busy road outside, it’s very quiet inside the room.'

'We’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a good experience. The quality has gone downhill since the ownership change. The property is run down, housekeeping was almost nonexistent, our balcony was dirty, and the pool area was in terrible condition. It needs a lot of TLC. We won’t be back.'
