The upper level is inviting with an open concept for kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and living room with plenty of seating.
Very well equipped Kitchen offers all SS appliances inlcuding side by side refrigerator and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer in laundry area by the kitchen for guests use.
The primary Bedroom, spacoius, wood floors, a door leading out to your own deck overlooking private backyard.
King Bed and ensuite spa-like bath including double vanity and over-sized walk in tile shower.
Bedroom #2 on the same upper level is inviting with Queen bed and again plenty of space and hardwood floors.
The lower level offers a 2nd family room to kids to gather for tv or game time.
Bedroom #3 offers Queen bed.
Walk out onto the lower area and out onto the sprawling green lawn - Bring your favorite yard game- its a wonderful flat lawn.

We love our house Mindful Manor because it feels like a private getaway, a sense of peace takes over once all settled in.  Sit outside and take in the chirping birds, the stream, smell the fresh air and relax.  We want to share this little piece of heaven in hopes you can relax, take in the atmosphere around you.
