There are 4 full size bathrooms in the 3 bedroom home. There is a full size bathroom on the main level so the no need to go to other floors to use the facilities unless it's urgent and the main floor bathroom is occupied :). Each bedroom has their own fully remodeled bathroom and even a full bathroom in the basement so there is no need to go to other floors to use a bathroom.

Hi Renee, thanks for your kind review. There is a Master Bedroom with a large king bed and full updated bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms in the main entry level with virtually no stairs. If there are older renters, they wouldn't need to use the other floors or stairs at all unless they were interested in the games and such in the basement area which is only 10 steps to the basement. There are only two sets of stairs in the home.

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for staying with us and for your review! We found that our top sheets were never being used by our guests so we went simply with the majority of what our guests wanted and left out the top sheet. From now on we'll simply leave the top sheet available for folks that may want it or possibly ask ahead of time what our guests expectations are to make them as comfortable as possible.
