'I was very pleased. My room was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. The breakfast was outstanding and the coffee machines were great. They do take a little longer because they fresh grind the beans for each cup! A special thanks to Elham for keeping the breakfast buffet running smoothly. She was super helpful. I will stay at this hotel again next year.'

'Great hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location right next to great shopping and restaurants.Super festive lobby bar (with fireplace) vibe for both Saturday's college football and Sunday's NFL. We have lots of family in Livonia and Novi, so will definitely be back.'
