'This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

'5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. '

'This hotel is one of the best choice for stay at Havelock. I booked a room with pool view (recommended), it was spacious, clean, very good interiors, good AC, and had big bathroom with bathtub. 'High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. '
