'スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でとても良い。 自然の森の中でのんびり過ごすには最適な場所。 ホテルに隣接するビーチは白い砂浜と透明度の高い海で、とてもきれい。夜浜辺から見る満天の星は筆舌に尽くしがたい。 レストランが提供する料理は様々なバリエーションがあるが、やはりカレーが美味しい。特にエビや魚のカレー。 ホテルが森の中にあるため、野鳥が多く、鳥の鳴き声で迎える朝は素晴らしい。 一方で虫やトカゲなどが苦手な人には向かないかもしれない。ホテルのスタッフの方が、虫除けの薬剤を定期的に敷地内に撒いてくれているため、部屋の中に虫が入ってくることはあまり無い。 次回は雨季に雨の森を体験しにまた訪れたい。 '

Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. '

En effet, l'hôtel est géré par un escroc connu dans toute l'île qui pratique volontairement l'overbooking et n'honore pas les réservations même payées d'avance. Je me suis présentée sur place et l'hôtel a nié l'existence de ma réservation et lorsque je leur ai présenté la preuve du paiement ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant 3h en faisant mine d'appeler leur gestionnaire des réservations, en me faisant...
