Een gezellig appartement met 1 slaapkamer in een vrijstaande woning, biedt, rust en een panoramisch uitzicht op Heraklion, op 10 minuten rijden van Knossos en Archanes. De slaapbank in de woonkamer is geschikt voor 2 extra gasten. Het privé-terras is voorzien van een houten terras en een grote eettafel, de perfecte setting voor een zelfgemaakt ontbijt. Na een drukke dag sightseeing kunt u genieten van de middagzon op de ligstoelen. Geniet van vrij uitzicht op Heraklion en Psiloritis berg. Kretenzische kooklessen kunnen worden geregeld. De eigenaren wonen in het pand.

U heeft volledige en privétoegang tot het appartement en het terras. U kunt ook toegang tot de tuin onder het terras voor een wandeling of om verse groenten en fruit te plukken.

Woonkamer: Een ruime woonkamer met een open keuken, een slaapbank voor twee personen en een led-tv.

Keuken: Volledig ingerichte keuken met waterfilter, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, waterkoker, gefilterd koffiezetapparaat, Nespresso-machine.

Slaapkamer: Grote slaapkamer met een comfortabel en modern matras. Er is een ruime kast voor uw kleding en een loopband voor een ochtendrun voor het ontbijt.

Badkamer: moderne badkamer met douchekop, wasmachine en haardroger.

Terras: De woonkamer en slaapkamer deuren leiden naar het ruime zonovergoten terras met vrij uitzicht over Heraklion baai en de Psiloritis berg. Het overdekte terras aan de rechterzijde is voorzien van een grote eettafel ideaal voor ontbijt, lunch of diner.

Eigen parkeerplaats: u heeft toegang tot een overdekte parkeerplaats naast de ingang van het appartement. De verbinding parkeerplaats is door een op afstand bediende poort.

We zijn altijd beschikbaar voor advies en hulp over restaurants, stranden, plaatsen enz. Als u nog speciale wensen aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op.

We kunnen optionele kooklessen op het terrein uit een selectie van lokale gerechten en snoep op basis van uw wensen te regelen. U zult gedetailleerde gedrukte instructies ontvangen om hen te repliceren thuis.

Amazing property

I have been renting vacation properties for over 20 years. This was by far the best in all categories. Kate was very caring, great communication and provided us with home cook breakfast a couple of times. The view outside is so beautiful and natural, I feel in a Zen mode every morning when I wake up. Wonderful Home to Stay

The property was spacious, well-stocked and was the perfect home base for our exploration of Crete. We were able to easily access the airport, the south coast, and the west coast (via our rental car). The outdoor patio area that comes with the unit was beautiful. We would love to come back when the weather is better (unseasonably cool weekend in April for us) and spend much more time in the garden area. Our hosts provided homemade baked goods, spinach pies, honey, and olive oil. All of which was delicious! We were also able to join our hosts for a cooking class where we made our own spinach pies and similar desserts. Our hosts were kind and generous in their hospitality. Without a doubt, we would stay here again.

Has a beautiful view of Heraklion. Has all the amenities that you would need & the hosts were caring people and easy to communicate with and helpful. Has outside area to relax or eat and beautifully decorated interior. Tavernas within walking distance. We thought it a great location to explore Heraklion & the island from.

Die Lage am Berg erlaubt eine herrliche Aussicht, die wir täglich genossen. In der Wohnung fehlt nicht, sie ist super ausgestattet. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, welche auch kretische Leckereien zur Verkostung bereitgestellt haben. Der Garten zur Wohnung wurde für Frühstück und Abendbrot von uns intensiv genutzt. Ein Auto sollte aber vorhanden sein, da im Ort nicht allzu viele Möglichkeiten sind. Strassen im Ort auch recht bergig

Sehr zufrieden

Mit unserer Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kati und Costis demonstrierten uns, was Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Sie erfüllten uns alle unsere Wünsche, waren extrem aufmerksam und besorgt um uns. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass man bei ihnen als Gast stets willkommen war. Natürlich stellten sie ihren Gästen das Nötigste zur Verfügung, wenn sie spät ankamen. Außergewöhnlich war auch der Blick von der Terrasse und dem kleinen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten auf die grandiose Landschaft vor uns. In der Nähe von Heraklion hätten wir dies nicht erwartet. Top appartment & top hosts: strongly recommended

Kate and Kostis have been the perfect hosts for our little family. Very warm and caring, yet not intrusive. They made us feel at home from the very beginning of our stay. Last but not least: Kates cooking skills are awesome! The appartment is very modern and well equipped with everything you need to cook, wash, etc.. The view from both rooms is breathtaking. For those who travel off-season and are unlucky with the weather (like us): the appartment has central heating. The immediate surrounding of the appartment gives you a lot of opportunity for walking and hiking. Taken together: a perfekt package!

Amazing vacation in Crete!

Our vacation at Kate & Kostis' place was just incredible. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and provides everything you need. The patio outside is perfect for dining with a lovely view over the coast and the city of Iraklion. Kate and Kostis were outstanding hosts, very helpful and friendly and we were very happy to eat all of Kate's scrumptious baked goods. We recommend this vacation home to everyone looking for a pieceful homebase, from where it is easy to explore the island of Crete.

Perfect base for exploring central Crete

We visited Crete as a family of three with a young toddler and were amazed by the extreme hospitality of our hosts. We got local greek pastry, self-made olive oil and honey as well as cheese just because we should have a nice authentic experience. Not only was the apartment perfectly located near Iraklion to visit the city itself but also the surrounding, just 10 minutes to Knossos! Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we would come back any time.

Beautiful mountaintop view

We loved this property! It was exceptionally clean and and comfortable. The location was really great. We were minutes from Knossos and the beaches by car, as well as the Old Town. We could walk three blocks in the neighborhood to the village and the taverna. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful! And we were gifted with splendid homemade treats. Definitely would recommend!

Un petit paradis...

Cet appartement contient tout ce que vous pouvez désirer et même plus. L'équipement est très complet et en excellent état. Les aménagements extérieurs sont extrèmement confortables. La vue sur les collines et la ville, avec la mer au loin, est époustouflante. Quant à l'accueil, il est absolument exceptionnel: Kate et Costis sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse et d'une générosité rares, tout en sachant rester discrets. Kate nous a offert plusieurs plats crétois, tout juste sortis du four, des pâtisseries et tout le nécessaire pour le premier dîner et le petit déjeûner. Et toujours avec le sourire. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Knossos et pour profiter des plages à l'est (Potamos) et à l'ouest (Ligaria, Mades). En résumé, Muses est probablement le meilleur endroit pour visiter le centre et l'est de la Crète.

This is a very comfortable home with lovely garden and far reaching views over Heraklion to the sea. We visited Heraklion, Knossos and the wine producing area to the south. Generous gifts of wine and food from Kate and Kostis made the experience all the more special.

Muses Review

This is a first class property, perhaps even better in reality than illustrated in the publicity. The hosts are marvellous, with just the right degree of availability and advice if needed, but discreet if not. Katie's generous and excellent hospitality, with the provision of baking, is beyond expectation. All facilities are excellent and the views from the house are subliminal. This property cannot be praised highly enough.

A gorgeous peaceful retreat with everything you could ask for!

We knew that staying here would be magical, but it really exceeded any expectations! The view is magnificent, the apartment cozy and well-equipped for preparing beautiful food harvested from Kati and Kostis's orchard below. They are warm and wonderful hosts who are sharing their home and all of their labors of love with you - from the freshly baked spanikopita that awaits you upon arrival and the kind touches that grace this apartment, from the spa robes, treadmill and free weights, to the handy laundry area that helped us recharge our wardrobe after so much travel. We would love to return to this village of Vasilies in a heartbeat.
