Our newly renovated (25m2) studio can comfortably accommodate 2 persons in an open space bedroom and living room with a sofa that turns into an extra bed. The flat offers one modern bathroom with shower plus washing machine. All kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay. There is an equipped kitchen with electrical appliances to help you prepare the basic meals of the day. The studio offers access to a cute balcony to enjoy your meals, drinks or just relax outdoors!

Our flat is located in a residential area, just a 15-minute drive from Heraklion city center. It is a friendly neighborhood offering various shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. You can walk to the seafront in about 20 minutes or you can try the nearest beach situated about 3km away. At the nearby shopping mall of Talos Plaza (7.1km), you can find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and cinemas. A bus stop offers frequent routes to the center of the city, port and airport.

* There are stairs to climb; the house is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

**Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
