'I am pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the accommodations at the Holiday Inn near BWI airport. They provided shuttle service from the airport during the icestorm. My flight was canceled multiple times and my luggage location was unknown. I had zero toiletries. Taylor at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The room was spacious, modern l, and CLEAN.
