This stunning retreat comfortably accommodates 12 guests within its spacious walls, boasting six elegantly appointed bedrooms and four generous, modern bathrooms.

360-degree panoramic views that stretch across the verdant Wye Valley, with the majestic silhouette of the Skirrid mountain providing a dramatic backdrop.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a grand hallway, a welcoming space with ample room for luggage and shedding the day's travels. Floor-to-ceiling glass floods the hallway with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Directly off this hallway, we've thoughtfully provided a ground-floor bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a 43" Smart TV, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. Just across the hall, a ground-floor shower room caters to those with mobility needs, making this retreat accessible to everyone. An ample utility room, also accessed from the hallway, houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and our efficient central heating system.

The heart of the home is the huge, open-plan kitchen and living space. A grand dining table, seating up to 12 guests, invites shared meals and lively conversations. The comfortable, modern sofa, paired with a massive 75" Smart TV, transforms the space into a perfect family movie night haven. The kitchen, with its central island, is a true social hub, equipped with all the modern conveniences you could desire. From a dishwasher and two ovens to a warming drawer and a top-of-the-range induction hob, no culinary need is overlooked.

Ascend the staircase to discover a vast landing, where a mezzanine view unfolds, showcasing the stunning panorama of the Wye Valley. This central space leads to five beautifully appointed bedrooms. To the left, a split family room offers flexible accommodation with a king-size bed and two single beds, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. Adjacent is a middle room furnished with two comfortable single beds, and at the rear, a serene king-size bedroom awaits. A well-appointed family bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath, serves these rooms. The crowning glory is the expansive master bedroom, boasting a luxurious super king-size bed and a private ensuite. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a chest of drawers, a 43" Smart TV, and captivating views of the surrounding countryside.

For larger gatherings, we are delighted to offer access to an additional barn on the site, enabling us to comfortably host groups of up to 20 guests. This provides the perfect solution for extended families or groups of friends seeking a truly memorable shared experience.
