Our beautifully designed home is sure to win you over; as soon as you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the brightness, spaciousness, and the beautiful, high-quality design. The 3-room apartment (75 square meters) on the 2nd floor offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 people. The open-concept living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with an iPod docking station. The modern gas fireplace is easy to operate with a remote control and quickly creates a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to this is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and adjoining dining area. Two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV in each ensure restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, a rainforest showerhead, and a double sink. A special highlight is the sauna, which is also integrated into the space. There is also a guest restroom. The three balconies (facing the sunny south and west) are also particularly lovely; one of them is designed as a sheltered loggia and can be enjoyed even in inclement weather. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens is provided. A parking space is located at the building, and there is a separate storage room for bicycles. The Wi-Fi network in the building is available free of charge.
