The “Strand-Park” vacation complex is located directly on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 90-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, usspv01, offers plenty of space for peace and relaxation by the sea and is suitable for up to 4 people with a dog.

The Location
This ground-floor apartment, facing southeast, is located in a historic villa built in the style of the typical “Kaiserbäder” architecture. Part of the “Strand-Park” vacation complex, nestled amid lovingly maintained green spaces and just a few meters from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach, a footpath leads directly from the promenade through the dunes to the beach. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Heringsdorf pier.

Amenities
The spacious, non-smoking vacation apartment features free Wi-Fi and consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The apartment also features a terrace accessible from the outside and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower enclosure, toilet, double sinks, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. at no charge. Bathrobes are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a shared parking lot, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are warmly welcome here.
