'Excellent stay'

'Nice simple business hotel. Reception is not so helpful especially late arrived. Nor bad not very good '

'I booked this for the pool and it wasn't even open on Sunday afternoon or any morning. Also the one area where one could still quietly is closed off to customers, and so you have to go sit almost literally next to the highway. Nice facilities really, but they don't let their customers use them'

'Average hotel, barely worth 3 stars.'

'We arrived late and tired. We were greeted immediately by John and he was so cheerful and friendly! John helped us ensure that my handicapped husband had an accessible room and even helped us secure a shower chair for him. Great to see that the Hyatt company values great employees. Breakfast was great, and our bed was supremely comfortable. Our suite was well stocked and exceptionally clean. Great visit! Will use this hotel again.'
