It has a huge outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, 50 sqm heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a sauna that guarantee a unique holiday for its guests. The villa was built from the owners in a minimal architectural design with passion and love.

The villa has a 350 sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house, overlooking the pool and garden offering stunning views to the sea. The living room has a fireplace, a sitting with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Next to the living room is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones.

On this level there is also the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 double bedrooms and a sharing bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom with a double bed is located at the lower level and has a bathroom with a shower. An indoor sauna and a fitness room is also available.

A separate space with 2 bedrooms with double beds is available with a living-room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a Fitness- and playroom.

The villa is built on a 3.500sqm plot on a hillside and offers beautiful views of the Sea. Outside the main living area is a huge terrace with a 50sqm private heated pool with a lawn garden, modern comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot.
