'We stayed at multiple hotels/motels and cabins during our trip to Nova Scotia and during our trip around Cabots Trail. The Bras D'Or Inn was by far our favourite stay. The room was spacious and clean, the property was beautiful with a gorgeous wharf behind where there were gorgeous views of the lake. The attached restaurant was also a nice treat. The food was terrific. We only stayed one night, but it was the best evening of the trip. Would stay again there 100%'

'We had a great time the place was very clean and easy access to all activities. Michael was great to work with. So nice having easy access to the beach. The place was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Too bad that 5 stars is the maximum! This property is so welcoming as are the hosts. Our room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and spacious. The option to open the windows provided fresh air and easy sleeping. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Anna, who we soon learned is also the chef. No need to seek a restaurant in the area since the manor's dining room featured delicious dinners and convenience for breakfast. We stayed for two nights and were sad to leave such a splendid place.'
