Sleeping up to 8 guests, this cozy home offers peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. Guest will have access to the host via the booking platform and in emergencies the host will call.

Allendale Town is a picturesque village nestled in the heart of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering a perfect blend of rural charm and welcoming community spirit. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush countryside, and scenic walking trails, it's a haven for nature lovers, hikers, and those seeking peace and tranquillity.

Located just a short drive from the market town of Hexham, guests can enjoy easy access to additional shopping, dining, and cultural attractions while still enjoying the calm and scenic backdrop of the countryside. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or an outdoor adventure, Allendale offers a truly unique and authentic Northumberland experience.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Welcome to our beautifully furnished 4-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The property features three spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and double bedroom, making it ideal for families, groups, or work stays.

There is a full family bathroom and an additional WC for added convenience. The home is fully equipped with a wide range of amenities and offers plenty of inviting spaces to unwind, whether you're gathering in the cozy living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or simply relaxing after a long day.

From Newcastle: The journey takes around 50–60 minutes depending on traffic.

Route: The Go North East 688 bus runs between Hexham (via Hexham Bus Station or Police Station) and Allendale Town, passing through Langley, Catton, Sinderhope, and Allenheads
Frequency: Services generally operate every ~2–4 hours Monday–Saturday, with no service on Sundays or bank holidays.
Journey Time: Around 24–30 minutes from Hexham to Allendale Town

There is no active train station directly in Allendale (the former station closed in 1930)

Local taxi options such as Langley Taxis are available; for example, trips from Hexham typically cost around £18–20 and take about 18–20 minutes

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
