'I reserved the room through here months before I stayed… when I got there… the check in guy was totally surprised that I even turned up, had to check a phone AND call someone else and then Initially said they didn’t have a room for me! I said “so I have nowhere to sleep tonight then after my 10 hour drive from Jersey?” And that’s when he called someone else.. gave me a room (at least it was a much cheaper rate) because the room I had reserved had a jacuzzi tub that I could have soaked in....

'When we checked in on Sunday evening, their system was completely down, so they had to check everyone in the old fashioned way. The young lady and young gentleman were fabulous.
