'What a fantastic place to stay, the room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff / host were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Arundel Castle is probably the best castle we've visited, and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the town. What a fab weekend away!'

'We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station.
The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus.
The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages.
All staff were very welcoming and friendly.
For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels.
