'Was in town for the large concert at the stadium. Check in was at 3pm was there at 3 and manager told us still cleaning rooms and to wait which we did. Manager then asks other front desk person to stay over an hour as they needed to in an errand and left. Lobby became very full with people needing rooms. Front desk agent became quickly overwhelmed when he couldn’t find a reservation and advised he only been on the job four days. The other lady at the desk it was her first day. Manager should...

'I stayed in this hotel because of the close approximity to the convention center and airport. There is not a lot to do around the hotel and no restaurants. They are not serving any breakfast but there is a kitchinette in the rooms and they sell microwave meals in the shop at the hotel. Room cleaning is only done once a week. The personel at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.'
