'This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. 'Nice facility .. clean room BUT the tv did not work .. went to the front desk and was told to just unplug/plug back in.. that did not work .. no tv was a huge disappointed in my stay '

'I’m handicapped, but not wheelchair bound. I understand a handicapped room has to be a linoleum floor for wheelchairs, but I’m not fond of that feature. Everything was extremely clean. No mattress covers on the mattresses which I prefer a mattress cover. Breakfast staff very friendly. We had to come in very late due to some delays in leaving home, and only spent one night, but the night desk clerk was extremely gracious.'

'Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.'

'We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled .. '
