Budgethotels in Highlands

'This hotel was totally unexpected. The personal touches that they add are enchanting! Each room is unique and the thought behind them is incredible. They offer a coffee bar during the day and a wine bar in the evening. We were even able to have a free movie outside with popcorn! This is an amazing place! The lobby is like a public living room and there are seating areas with firepits in multiple locations. It is totally walkable to downtown Highlands . . which is so charming! Stay here!'

'The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. There is no room to unpack or move around comfortably. The dark green paint and trim look moody in photos, but in person...

'Beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Autumn went out of her way to help us. Can't wait to come back!'

'Kinda like a motel, not bad tho'

'The staff was welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was good but there was only one worker and she couldn't keep up. It wasn't her fault, they were just understaffed. Overall, a very nice place and I would definitely stay there again.'

'Paul, the owner, is absolutely amazing. So many beautiful antiques. Breakfast was delightful. We are coming back again next year!'

'Clean room, good breakfast but items were not ready and people had to wait, air and heat, good location with food in walking distance and stores.'

'The property was clean and comfortable. We'd stay again in the future.'

Echt Expedia...

'not worth $300+'

'Really don't know how this place got such a good rating on hotels.com Yes, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, but that's about it. Negatives: Light switches not working Tv was broken Wifi didn't work Bathroom was full of mold and ants I could not stand under the shower because the shower head was so low. Breakfast didn't include bread Positives: Room was big Bed was good This place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay.'
