'The stuff was incredibly rude. I rang the bell because she was not at the desk. I waited 10 minutes and still nobody came. Then someone else rang the bell. We both sat there for another 10 minutes. We agreed one of us should call and when I did, the staff member said they would be down shortly. When she did arrive, she YELLED at me, literally YELLED at me saying that I was inconsiderate and rude and told me that she was helping a customer. There was no reason to ring the bell and the sign was...

'Nice, clean hotel! Breakfast was well stocked and honestly one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in quite some time.
The only things I’d improve were the pool temperature and front desk availability. The pool was very cold, so I don’t think it was heated. No one was at the front desk either time I stopped by. I later learned there was a small bell, but without a sign, it was easy to miss.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel and stay again!'

'I was really impressed with the management of this hotel. I wasn't expecting that they would have a makeshift Happy Hour, where they provided beer and wine and tiny bites (pretzels, popcorn, etc.) right out of the lobby. Throughout the hotel, they had signs stating that they would gladly provide toiletries if you forgot them. My room was clean and updated. Everything about the place was worth more than what I paid for. I just felt that the people here were genuinely focused on the way guests...

'Front desk guy was a character. Had fun chatting with him but he was the highlight of the stay. The place is looking rundown. The place just needs tlc. My mattress had collapsed in one spot, there was just a bunch of small imperfections from years and years of being used without any paint/work done. Hot tub in the room had a soft spot in the floor so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Worried it might leak and I’d get blamed.'
