'This was a perfect location and layout for our family with older grandparents that flew in for our son's graduation from Mines. Location is convenient for restaurants, groceries, and close to the school. Two bedrooms on the main floor for accessibility to all the living areas. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cookware. There is a lot of space. Host communication is excellent. Checkout expectations are very reasonable and low effort. Great experience.'

The location is convenient to just about anything you might want to do in the Denver area. The host was readily available for questions and suggestions. 'Spacious home very clean easy check in and check out. Location is not desirable at all. The house is next door to a transient drug house. Lots of noise all day and night and random people coming and going. The surrounding area has a lot of homeless people on the streets. Also the house has a BBQ in the backyard with no propane tank when I reached out to the property manager they informed me that it was not listed as an amenity so they could not help. It also took them all day to figure this out...
