Completely ignored the carpet and hotel. Being clean is the BARE Minimum in a hotel and this one was just disgusting. I left for a quick emergency and requested a refund through Expedia who contacted the hotel for reimbursement when then the hotel OWNER called me on a private number aggressively asking me why I wanted...

'If you are looking for A very clean room, then you will be very pleased. We are used to sleeping in a king size bed, none available so we were very cozy in a queen bed. And The A/C will definitely chill you out. Be sure to have lotion with you as there isn't any complimentary offered in the room. In all, we were in town for a quick over night stay and this property was close to our friends home and we were very pleased'

'We waren hier een week voor familie bezoek in San Jose. Vriendelijk personeel en dagelijks een verschoonde kamer. Ontbijt tot 9.00 was voor ons soms wat te vroeg ;-). Prima en betaalbaar alternatief voor het dure San Jose (30 minuten rijden). Houdt wel rekening met files richting SJ tot 10.00pm (en weer terug aan eind can de dag) Outlet malls naast de deur. Helaas in Gilroy zelf veel leegstand in de winkelstraat. Vanuit hier ook lekker snel aan het strand in Santa Cruz of het gezellige...

'I’ve stayed at a few cheap motels or lodges due to unexpected traveling. I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this place is grotesque. The lobby is a Weinersnitchel type window where it’s hard to hear the person inside. My key didn’t work so I had to walk back. I got into my room & the place was filthy. I also booked a king with a desk but didn’t get it. I got a room with a dirt floor, bugs alive & dead, dirty shower, blood & yellow stained towels, & snacks that were thrown around. I showered...
