'This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff. '

'After a 6 hour journey we arrived at the Capital Zimbali but main reception staff denied knowing about the apartment. We discovered the apartment is let by a private host and the hotel are fully aware of this. The reception could not have been any more unhelpful. We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service.
