'Breakfast service was horrible. Took forever and was told had to pay for coffee and ice tea we said ok. When coffee came the handle was all sticky and I sent back. I did get another Cup. Asked for toast and i was told I had to pay extra. I said yes ok Took forever for someone to come tell me they had no toast/ no bread. Another person came said what kind of toast would I like and it would cost me. Ok I will pay. Brought toast and I said I didn’t want warm bread I want toast. Finally got toast...

'We liked the hotel, but it was a bit noisy at night. Perhaps because we were close to the swimming pool. Location is good and well-connected to highways. There is always parking. People working there always friendly and helpful. '

'The room was large and clean. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom area and one in the general entrance area, where the fridge was, so you could have drinks and an ice chest of snacks there. The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area.'

'The bed sheetz was not clean I have sent the pictures to the manager of the property because they told me send a picture their email they never replay it'

'Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option...

'Terrible service through and through. Beautiful property but the service was so awful that we will not be returning. Also, zero pool chairs available. And I mean ZERO. A nice lady gave up one of her chairs for our family of 5 to have somewhere to sit down with our newborn…'

'+ Goed hotel op een half uurtje van LA + Vlakbij de snelweg + Grote gratis parkeerplaats (maar ook een groot hotel met veel gasten met auto’s. Let er dus op dat je niet laat op de avond aankomt of terugkomt. We hebben auto’s meerdere rondjes zien rijden op zoek naar een plekje)'
