'The staff were very nice. The room was ok. The sofa bed mattress was worn out and the cushion was coming apart at the seams. The room was clean. The eating area for breakfast needed more tables and chairs.

'Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. “Self-parking” is misleading—you’re directed to park near a nearby business (Boston Pizza) and carry your luggage yourself, often to upper floors. This should be clearly disclosed.
