'We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer...

'We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. 'Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB...

'This house is perfect! The two bedrooms are convenient to separate baths and the hot tub is a nice touch. Limited steps made it usable for someone that requires a walker. There is also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay here again.'

'House is centrally located and just as described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us access after checkout to grab something we forgot. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys helping us to transition during a move so our kids could finish out the school year. 'Turning 42 I was not looking for a turn up. I wanted peaceful and relaxed. That is exactly what I got. Check in was an easy process. The only problem that I had was I read the code incorrectly, and Communication was slow, but other than that getting into the property was easy. There is a shared driveway that I was not prepared for so be cautious when inviting people and having multiple cars, parking is limited to roughly about four or five cars. After that, you will have to park along the grass...

'Nice and peaceful location. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Loved the convenience of rinsing off in the outdoor shower as well. The house was well stocked. 'This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. '

'Anna and Frank were great hosts. This is the best experience we have had at a VRBO. They were very quick to respond and resolve a couple minor things. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy in and out and nice neighborhood. 'We had a Girls Night In and this was the perfect space for our stay! Beautiful Home with no stones left unturned. These owners have literally put thought into every little thing you might need during your stay. Great communication and very responsive.
