'I loved my stay at Musketeer Lodge! The cottage-style rooms are set in beautiful gardens with towering trees offering plenty of shade. The old farmhouse with its wrap-around veranda is where breakfast and dinners are served - both very tasty I must add! Liz and her team are doing a fantastic job, making guests feel welcome and looked after. I will most definitely stay at Musketeer Lodge on my next visit to Bulawayo.'

'Een eenvoudig maar prettig hotel, redelijk centraal gelegen, zeer ruime schone kamer, met een ouderwetse kleine badkamer met bad zonder douche. Het hotel ligt naast het Pathfinder busstation. Het personeel is zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Ze hebben voor een betrouwbare taxi gezorgd naar Matobo Nat Park.'

Lots of the things in the room were broken; toilet seat, floor, sink etc.
The 'kitchen' is just some cupboards with nothing, no water cooker, stove, toaster or even plates or cutlery.
There is no shower, only a bath tub, so you need to use a cup or so to take a 'shower'.
We caught around 50 mosquitos, although there were hardly...
