Huis fronten beste strand park in de stad Hilo: snorkelen, zwemmen, kajakken, boogie board, BBQ. Allemaal gratis verstrekt. Meest gezinsvriendelijk! Keidi (kinder) vijver voor het huis waar de kinderen van Hawaï leren zwemmen.
Dit is een grote 2.200 m². Ft. Huis met twee slaapkamers / twee badkamers boven en twee slaapkamers / een bad beneden. Huis slaapt 15! Tankless boiler voor onbeperkt warm water. Geen kosten bespaard bij nieuwbouw. Laat Franse deuren open om buiten naar binnen te laten. Beschermde zwem- en snorkelgebieden met strandwachten liggen langs de baai van Hilo.
Beide woonkamers, keuken en eetkamer, hebben vrij uitzicht op de oceaan. Dit huis ligt direct naast mijn Lilikoi-strandhuis. Beide huizen bevinden zich in de stad Hilo, op slechts 8 km van de luchthaven.

Dit strandhuis ligt dicht bij de boerenmarkt van Hilo, restaurants, winkels, watervallen, vulkaan nationaal park met actieve vulkaan, boerenmarkt, rondleidingen, astronomiecentrum, universiteit van Hawaï, medisch centrum Hilo (ziekenhuis) en bezoekersactiviteiten.

House is uitgerust met kajak, boogie boards en strandspullen, Netflix en high speed kabel internet toegang (WIFI).

Het hele jaar door beschikbaar voor nachtelijke, wekelijkse en verlengde verblijven.
Eigenaar van 5 huizen direct tegenover het strandpark van Richardson en 3 huizen aan de oceaan in het paradijspark. Ik beheer deze huizen persoonlijk met mijn mobiele nummer beschikbaar voor alle gasten. Betalingen worden afgehandeld via de beveiliging van de website Homeaway / VRBO. Gasten ontvangen ook informatie over restaurants, winkels en mijn favoriete plaatsen om te bezoeken.

Waarom deze woning?
Dit nieuwe huis werd gebouwd als een strandparkhuis van wereldklasse. Grote ramen openen naar grote dekken. De wind waait dwars door het huis. Wandgestuurde plafondventilatoren overal. Plafondverlichting, alleen de mooiste apparaten. Leren banken, houten vloeren, compleet kookgerei.

Unieke voordelen:
Als u van plan bent langer dan een paar dagen te blijven, moet u van de locatie genieten. Als u van water houdt en vooral van snorkelen, zult u geen betere locatie vinden. Het beste snorkelen is in slechts een paar meter water recht tegenover het zwarte zandstrand. Het is alsof je in een tropische viswinkel zwemt. Groene zeeschildpadden rusten 's avonds uit op de rotsen net voorbij het zwarte zandstrand. Het water wordt grotendeels beschut door de rotsen waardoor een gedeeltelijke lagune ontstaat. Toch is dit huis net in de straat van het centrum van Hilo. Geweldig voor snelle uitstapjes om te eten, winkelen en vele toeristische locaties. Beautiful home and location. Beach across the street is rocky but gorgeous. We saw several large turtles grazing on the shore. Beach/park is public and can sometimes have locals with loud entertainment, etc. Still a wonderful stay!

Awesome stay

Beautiful house! On busy road but right across from the ocean where turtles come. Tons of water toys (snorkels, masks, water shoes, body boards, kyaks, bikes etc) in a shed behind the house. Kitchen came with some basic spices and sauces in fridge. Nice not to have to buy everything. Owner god about reaching out with any changes. Great stay! We all had fun!

Beautiful Hawaii

Great location just a short walk to Richardson’s Beach Park for amazing snorkeling!Good space for a big group.We were here over the long weekend & the stunt driving, tire burnouts & loud music were not conducive to a pleasant few days.We saw dolphins & whales from the lanai & enjoyed the songs of the little birds.Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend this space for a large group.We were 6 adults & 2 children & the space worked well.Richard was very responsive when we had any questions.

Great family vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and exploring all of the beach parks across the street! There was some neighborhood noise when we arrived, but we chalked it up to the weekend before Thanksgiving and everyone respected the noise bylaws at night. We’d love to come back again some time!

Great family ocean experience!

We had nine adults and six children under four and stayed for ten days. We literally sat on the deck and ate breakfast and we would spot sea turtles across the street. Great snorkeling and black sand beach right there. We will return again soon.

We had an AMAZING time here!! The location was Wonderful! Right across the street from the ocean where you could hear the waves all day & night!!! The house was Beautiful & very spacious & the owner was easy to get ahold of for anything anytime. We would Definitely stay here again ! The black sand beach was Awesome with so many fish & even a sea turtle. We even saw a sea turtle swimming by us in the tide pools across the street. Great trip with unforgettable experience and it did NOT rain as much as I was afraid it would on the Gilo side of the island. Thank you Richard for everything! and beach was Definitely

Wonderful property in an amazing location

The location of the house is amazing and it comes equipped with everything you could want to enjoy the ocean. There's plenty of space for a larger group and we loved having morning coffee on the front porch then wandering over to the ocean to swim with the sea turtles who were present every morning. The house doesn't have AC but has plenty of fans which worked fine for our group. We loved the house and will absolutely come back if we're ever lucky enough to make our way back to the big island.

Nice beach location

My kids and I loved the proximity to Richardson’s Beach Park. The snorkeling was good and we got up close views of several sea turtles. I had somehow missed that there was no air conditioning (my fault) but there are several fans provided and after an evening shower we were fine. (The smaller bedroom upstairs was the warmest). The street is popular but even over part of a weekend it had settled down by 9-10 pm. The frogs however continue on longer so if you are a light sleeper you might consider ear plugs or some kind of white noise machine. We enjoyed the proximity to Hilo for restaurants, grocery stores and the local farmers market for supplies.

Great spot for extended family

Beautiful view of ocean from balconies! The amenities provided at the Hibiscus House were so appreciated. Lots of kitchen supplies, spices, bathroom amenities. Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. The kitchen, dining and master are upstairs, and the outside plants are very fun to explore. We used a boogie board but didn’t take advantage of the SUP and kayaks in the shed.

Great spot

We had 3 days in Hilo and the other 3 days were at Kona. We really loved our time at this property. The beach was a perfect playground for all of the members in our family. Close to town to try some local food and loved that it wasn’t filled with tourists. We were reminiscing about the spot all through our time on the Kona side.

We loved having the ocean across the street and waking up to a tropical sunrise every morning. We appreciated the extra amenities at the property like the paddle board, flotation devices and coolers. The rental had plenty of room for our family of eight. We were able to cook most of our meals here too. The only problem we had was with the sound on the TV but who needs TV when you are in Hawaii? We appreciated how close our location was to many of the "do-not-to-miss" sites on this side of island. We would definitely come again.

Had a really good time. View of ocean and snorkling areas were so convenient. Not far from town. Be prepared for humidity. Noise restrictions a little daunting. Although motorcycles going back and forth after 9 was annoying. Overall we had a great stay.

Hilo graduation trip

The house is amazing. We never felt like we were on top of one another as it is extremely spacious and well laid out. Kudos for having boggy boards, a tandem, kayak etc., it made for great family fun and wonderful pictures. I recommend replacing the bikes as they are rusty, and the tires were flat. I would also suggest the house be supplied with more paper towel and toilet paper to accommodate guest. We enjoyed the board games that were provided which created much laughter for our game night. I highly recommend this house. I would not hesitate to rent this house again, and highly recommend it.

Great space, lots of room for multi family gathering. The deck was amazing, great view and space to hangout. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and sleep comfortably. Appreciated lots of dishes and cutlery for bigger meals! Beach across the road was excellent for relaxed snorkelling.
