We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could have stayed and enjoyed the home. - We always work with guests when issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Alma, we're sorry to hear that your stay fell short of your expectations but we regret that we disagree with this rating. The home has a total of four ceiling fans, two of which are located in the main living space and one ceiling fan in each of the three bedrooms. There is also an air conditioning unit for guest comfortability. Although mattress comfort can be a subjective matter, the beds in this home have quality memory foam mattresses. We're sorry if you felt they didn't meet your tastes. The homeowner will be replacing the pots and pans that have defects. The refrigerator and freezer are working correctly and have temperature adjustments inside. However, we're sorry if you had an operational issue. We wish you the best in your future travels. Tom, we welcome and appreciate constructive feedback, however, we and the owner do not believe this feedback is warranted. We understand they offered a completely reasonable solution which was not taken, and instead your group stayed for the entire week of your stay and was threatening to the owner. We understand they were in communication with you regarding all of these concerns and has addressed them with their cleaner to enhance the stay for upcoming guests. They prioritize the guest experience and do all they can to ensure guests who come to visit have the optimal stay.
