  • Oceanfront oase in het populaire North Forest Beach! Buiten leven op het eiland op zijn best met uitzicht op de oceaan en het strand voor zover de verbeelding zich kan voorstellen. Dit huis heeft alles voor plezier aan zee in de zon, waaronder een spa die overloopt in een * verwarmd zwembad, afgeschermd in de veranda uit de woonkamer, en een eigen zonneterras met uitzicht op het hele zwembad, een duinzijde zonneterras en het strand daarbuiten. Updates in 2017 bestaan uit nieuwe meubels en een nieuw oppervlak van het buitenzwembad, inclusief het pooldeck. Er zijn twee geweldige woonruimtes - een op elke verdieping. De bovenste verdieping beschikt over de woonkamer met een grote afgeschermde veranda, eetkamer en keuken met uitzicht op de oceaan. Welkom op het geweldige eiland!

house was exactly as described. pool and beach were great. the spa jets did not work. the kitchen was well stocked. everything you needed to cook was there.

Wonderful location

This house has the perfect location on Hilton Head Island. It was incredibly spacious and was very homey and comfortable.

Spring break

First family vacation. It was wonderful! The entire process was easy and people were friendly and helpful. On the beach. Loved watching the sunrise. House was clean and atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Lots to do in Hilton Head. Beautiful place.

Great location on the beach. Terrific views from upper uncovered deck. Lots of being ants from the house to teh beach and on the pool deck. Internet was slow and dropping in and out---unreliable throughout much of the property. Very inconvenient. Had to leave the house to find internet for business video calls. Outdoor hottub didn't work. Needed to call in the handyman for stair and window repair to avoid tripping on the pool deck. Many kitchen pots/pans were dirty. Found greasy pans/fryers on the floor in a closet off the kitchen.

Good place for a group

Check in was easy. Had one complaint about the pool a lot of debris had blown into it likely from the wind the night before check in, it was immediately responded to. Pool area was great. House was spacious and pretty for a large group. We loved having the bikes though one had a flat.

150 steps to the ocean

We are a multigenerational family and this home was near perfect for our crowd. The showers are fabulous, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. The only addition would be a hand rail to get in and out of the pool and the hot tub if you have an elderly guest with mild mobility issues. Otherwise it is fabulous and you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful outdoors a bit old indoors

This property was a lot less expensive than other property that slept 14, and was beachfront...and we found out why. Bathrooms were small and tight, bedrooms were split up awkwardly, and overall it was a bit old, musky, and warm. You get what you pay for!! HOWEVER, the outdoor area was wonderful! Pool area was spacious, very short walk to the beach, and Lots of landscaping, palms, and shade.

Property needs work. Not a 15,000.00 rental. Lights in the pool and hot tub didn’t work. Had to request the pool and hot tub be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and such were lacking.

Never Again

Absolutely worst family vacation ever. Dated house, overpriced, crowded beaches, biting ants all around the pool, ridiculous lines everywhere, slow service and just ok food anywhere we went, and our bicycles stolen by teenage punks. Never coming back.

Perfect!

Great location on the beach, room for multiple families to have their space, beautiful ocean views, great pool and spa make this the perfect vacation home. We hope to return again!

Best vacation ever!

House was immaculate on arrival. Just a few yards to the beach. Surpassed our expectations. All kitchen amenities, especially grateful for the plastic ware for my grandchildren. Highly recommend. Five stars!!

Not perfect, but good

The house had a great location being so close to Coligny Circle shops. The beach and pool were great. The house was nice, but a little shabby in places- worn, tired furniture, scuff marks on the walls, etc. The kitchen was top notch and the master suite was huge. Nice screened-in porch and a lot of room for the 11 people on our trip. The other bedrooms are rather small and the basement bedrooms are dugeon-like. Some of the bedrooms had no chest of drawers, so there’s no where to put your clothes during the stay and the other bathrooms are tiny. For the money, I thought the place would have been a little nicer, but overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Absolutely perfect!

This was the best vacation our family has ever had. The house was nicely appointed and all the amenities we needed were right there. You could not ask for a better location or ease of use of a property. The only downfall was lack of parking but we made it work and can't wait to return here!

Very nice ocean front in Hilton Head

This house was very nice! The second and third floors were beautiful and very functional for three families. The new kitchen was second to none. The house was very clean. The pool and ocean occupied most of our time! The outdoor grill seemed very new, and worked well. The only down side we saw was the lower level master bedroom. The AC vent was by the head of the bed, and extremely noisy, making sleep difficult if not impossible. Also with any rain, there was a very annoying drip onto the AC unit outside that bedroom that also made sleep difficult. Perhaps a gutter could be installed to prevent that, and consider upgrading that lover level AC to make that bedroom functional.
