1404 Sea Crest is a beautifully coastal decorated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa on the 4th floor of the Sea Crest complex. From the balcony, located off of the spacious living/dining area and the master suite, guests will have views of the beautiful water gardens, pools and ocean.

Both bedrooms are carpeted and have bathrooms with large soaking tubs, double sinks and separate walk-in showers. The master bedroom to the left off the foyer has a king bed, small desk and mounted 38” TV along with the private bathroom and a private balcony. There is a small table and two chairs on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the early morning or relaxing at the end of a fun filled day. The bedroom to the right offers 1 king bed and 1 double bed, has a 32" TV and shares a bath with the hall but can be entered from the bedroom as well.

The main living area has beautiful gray hardwood floors reminding you of the color of driftwood. In the hall you will find a washer and dryer behind the closet doors. The fully equipped kitchen features Corian counters, a stainless steel fridge, a flat top stove and a breakfast bar that seats two. The adjacent dining area features new shiplap focal wall with a glass-topped table and six cushioned chairs. The living room has coastal chic furniture including a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair plus a 58" SMART TV with a slider that leads to the private balcony. There is a small table and four chairs here to enjoy fresh ocean breezes and beautiful sunrises.
