    Onze filosofie is dat uw vakantie-ervaring volledig comfortabel en consistent geweldig moet zijn. Reinheid is een van onze kenmerken en we nemen schoon serieus.

    254 Stoney Creek Villas is een heerlijk comfortabele villa en we hebben hem gevuld met alle voorzieningen die we waarderen wanneer we op vakantie zijn. De vloeren glanzen en tapijten zijn schoon en fris ruikend, net als de fantastische meubels.

    De locatie, grenzend aan de wereldberoemde havenstad, het decor (volledig gerenoveerd en prachtig ingericht) en het comfort van deze villa maken het een ster in ons aanbod van vaak opnieuw bezochte panden. U zult genieten van een sereen landschapszicht, WiFi met beveiligde verbinding plus Netflix op alle 3 televisies, zwembad met gemakkelijke toegang en gasgrill. In 2018 hebben we nieuwe en afzonderlijke HVAC boven / beneden toegevoegd voor volledig comfort.

    Deze villa beschikt over een uitzonderlijk ingerichte keuken met granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten en een grote bijkeuken, die uitkomt in een eethoek met zitplaatsen voor 4-6 personen en verder naar de ruime woonkamer.

    De woonkamer is voorzien van een 55-inch LCD-flatscreen HDTV met Netflix en Polk Bluetooth-audio.

    Twee grote slaapkamers (1 kingsize bed, 1 kingsize bed) beschikken elk over het meest comfortabele beddengoed dat we konden vinden, met zachte kussens en Smart TV / Netflix in elke kamer. De badkamers zijn volledig gerenoveerd en op en top.

    BETALINGEN: 50% verschuldigd bij boeking. Volledig bedrag verschuldigd op 60 dagen voor aankomst. Lange termijn winter reserveringen beleid verschilt - informeer.

    ANNULERINGEN: Annuleringen gemaakt 90 dagen of meer voor aankomst-volledige terugbetaling minus 10% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 89-45 dagen voor aankomst verliest 60% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 44 of minder dagen voor aankomst verbeurd totaal betaald bedrag. Een reisverzekering wordt altijd ten zeerste aanbevolen.

    HOE VER STRAND EN HAVENSTAD: 5 minuten met de auto of 10 minuten met de fiets naar de Sea Pines Beach Club. Loop naar Harbor Town voor overdag of 's avonds activiteiten - niet nodig om te rijden en te parkeren!

    BEACH CLUB TOEGANG / PARKEREN Parkeren op het terrein bij de Beach Club is toegestaan voor alle overnachtende gasten, Labor Day - half maart. Van half maart tot het einde van de zomer brengen speciale strandkarren gasten van verschillende parkeerplaatsen binnen Sea Pines naar de Beach Club. Volledige details zullen worden verstrekt op het moment van uw reservering, of gewoon informeren voor meer informatie. DAG NA ARBEIDSDAG TOT MAART,

    ZWEMBAD: net buiten de voordeur en 20 stappen! Zwembad geopend van april - september.

    HUISDIEREN: Helaas, nee. Alleen mensen mogen deze woning bezoeken.

    WAT IS INBEGREPEN: Uw woning wordt geleverd met alle huishoudelijke voorzieningen die u nodig heeft voor de duur van uw verblijf, inclusief vuilniszakken, afwasmiddelen, parfumvrije wasproducten, papieren handdoeken, baddoekjes, hand- en barzeep, zelfs koffiemateriaal . We hebben ook strandspeelgoed, strandstoelen en parasols op voorraad. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is komen genieten.

    OVER ZEEPENNEN: Sea Pines is een echt speciale woongemeenschap met talloze activiteiten: golf en tennis van wereldklasse, watersporten, dolfijnen kijken, 22 km aan fiets- en vrijetijdspaden, 8 km breed zandstrand, 2 grote jachthavendorpen (South Beach & Harbour Town), Lawton Stables met paden, ponyrijden en kinderboerderij, een 600 hectare groot bosreservaat met picknick- en visgebieden, winkels en restaurants, een fitnesscentrum en nog veel meer! Oef! Of je kunt gewoon onder een parasol of bij het zwembad zitten en een goed boek lezen.

    OVER ONS: We zijn er trots op een niche-concept te hebben ontwikkeld in vakantieverhuur op Hilton Head Island: elke BESTNEST is uitgerust en uitgerust volgens exact dezelfde hoge standaard, ongeacht het adres.

First Hilton Head visit in Sea Pines. Our townhouse was immaculate with all the amenities, beautiful pool, and an easy walk to Harbor Town. We also enjoyed the ability to take the trolley to the beach and restaurants. Very relaxing.

All four of us absolutely loved this townhouse! It was exactly like the photos and better. Anything that you would ever need to cook, dining, also comfy beds and pillows! It was a quick walk to Harbor town, with a great Cafe along the way. It was wonderful working with Best Nest. They were very communicative before during and after. We will absolutely stay here again.

Overwhelmed by the smell.

Our experience was fine for a quick 2-3 day rental, however the first thing that we faced upon walking in the door was an overwhelming musty odor, dank and off-putting. It did not fade and our clothes and luggage were gripped by the same smell when we returned home. I hope that the management will remediate the source of it because the unit is well furnished and otherwise kept very clean. It is also well located, quiet and private, with good parking and pool. The pool access code did not work and we were unable to get a new one from management while there.

We had a "PREMIER" unit when I owned it and we had it on the rental market as well and everyone raved about our unit. This unit had a lot to complain about. The appliances were dirty, the air conditioning was blowing directly on us in the master bedroom. The carpets and drapes were very much in need of cleaning. The hot water faucet in the bathroom was very tight and needed replacing.Also when we rented through you we were NOT allowed to park our car in the parking lot by the beach. We were so disenchanted that we left on Tuesday and didn't even wait to leave on Wednesday.

The decor has stood the test of time and it always presents as clean and fresh. We have stayed in this villa 5-6 times over the years and love it.One quick note: The pool was closed and in rough shape this week. Not an issue for our crew, but 10 years ago, that would have been a bummer for our daughter. If you are traveling with little swimmers, confirm that the pool is open. One more note: The bike trail is being resurfaced on the South Beach end of Sea Pines. Light House/Harbor Town/Stoney Creek trails are in great shape and not currently being reworked. In other words, if you enjoy riding the trails, Stoney Creek is a REALLY a good call right now.

Everything was great and the communication from BESTNEST was very thorough as well. Highly recommend!

A Great Time at 254 Stoney Creek

It is within walking distance of Harbor Town, a short bike ride to the beach, and has a nice pool a few steps out the front door. Also, the villa was squeaky clean and well equipped with every thing that we needed for our stay. The BESTNEST personnel were very accommodating. The check in process is very efficient and the BESTNEST staff makes themselves easily accessible in the event that you need anything during your stay. If you are looking for a great place to spend some relaxing time, this place is it!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was wonderful about our recent stay in HHI. The condo was as described, clean, comfortable and very well located. The only problem was that we tried to extend our stay but the property was rented out (not surprising). Beverly and her staff were wonderful and very responsive to my questions during the stay. Beverly even took time out of a personal dinner engagement to return my call. I highly recommend Beverly Serral and her team for vacation rentals in this area. We will certainly be returning!

We spent a week with another couple and having two master bedrooms was perfect. The pool is close by, Harbour Town is within walking distance and it is very quiet. We will definitely rent this unit again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Remarkable property

This is a remarkable property. Incredible location, walking distance to Harbour Town. Updated everything in the house. Beautiful furnishings. Very private patio. Couldn't have been happier.

The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a simple meal. Comfortable beds, lots of towels; even beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. 60 steps from the front door to the pool gate. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place . Quite ,clean ,and close to everything ! The only areas we would have wanted better was the dining area seats . The only other thing that bugged us in the beginning was the surprise of the rules for our 4 pound dog . The rules in our packet for dog hair were a negative for the first couple of days . We were paying 300 plus cleaning and then we got the list !! I would rather see that before signing . To our knowledge we did not leave a dog hair even on the carpet .

That is, we found the wifi to be quite slow. We tried to stream our TV service (Direct TV), and it did not work well.
