  • 40 Bradley Beach, pas geschilderd, 4 slaapkamers, 3 en een half bad huis met prive zwembad, biedt niet alleen een geweldige midden-eiland locatie, maar is een van onze meest waardevolle accommodaties voor gezinnen en groepen. Deze accommodatie bevindt zich naast het Driessen Beach Town Park met speeltoestellen voor de kinderen, comfortstations en ligt op slechts vier minuten lopen naar het strand aan een verhoogde promenade. Voor grotere groepen kunt u maximaal drie van onze extra Bradley Beach-huizen toevoegen, één aan elke kant en de andere, slechts twee deuren verderop ... perfect voor de familiereünie, zakelijke uitjes of grote golfuitjes.

Location was great, the house was perfect for 2 families with young kids. The 5 pm check in time made for a bit of a wasted day, but did not take away from the overall experience.

Hilton Head vacation

Property was very nice. Plenty of room for family. Kitchen well stocked for preparing meals. Beds very comfortable.

5 pm check in time is too late when you’re traveling far, in my opinion. It should be 4 pm, at the latest. 3 pm, just like a hotel or other places would have been best for such a large party like we had. You can’t get in, settled, and have dinner done or go out to dinner at a reasonable time. Place was clean, pool was nice to have, beds were comfortable, air was perfect! It was one of the hottest weeks and we stayed in a lot so that was nice not to have an issue. We didn’t have to call for service.

Fantastic vacation with the family

We had an amazing vacation! The house was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Lots of fun activities for the entire family! We will definitely be back!!!! From the sunrise to the sunset and everything in between it was a fantastic memory for our family.

Easy walk to the beach (which was wayyy less crowded than other spots) and A/C was phenomenal (I've stayed a lot of places on the island and some cant keep the top floor cool, this one had no problem!) House did have some general updates needed but was overall in good shape. Main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that the toilet for the master bedroom on the main floor was shared to the hall!??! And it is the ONLY toilet on the main floor. One of the weirdest things I've ever seen lol. It was inconvenient for the 6 guests we had. Other than that it was great. Pool was very small but good enough to get cooled off.

Clean, spacious, perfect location

Overall a great home for our vacation! We rented two homes by the same management (40 and 44) they were both very clean homes. The rental company was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall recommend not just this home but the rental company as well. Also.. the taco truck at the end of our road was TOP NOTCH!! We love street tacos, quesadillas etc.

Hilton golf trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went great. The cleaning company needs to do better. Some sheets smelled and there was a pile of dirt towels in a closet upstairs. My biggest complaint is they need to get rid of the palm tree and bushes beside the driveway, our trucks got all kinds of scratches from the palm. The Bushes make it impossible to park and get out of the cars. Great rental.

However, once we were in, the house was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds are super comfortable!! The bushes/trees may need to be trimmed in the back because the mosquitoes were terrible. Lastly, a rolling cart or wagon would be perfect at this house. There is a completely flat (but long-ish) walk to the beach.

Cute house near the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: May family of four rented this house for spring break. I have two teenagers (boy and a girl) so having extra space is nice to have. The house can hold more people and we never even used one of the bedrooms. The home was clean and spacious. Some upkeep is needed as the yard is a bit overgrown near the pool (though the pool is usable) and some of the fixtures in the house need fixing. But overall, the house was well equipped with kitchen items to allow for us to make some meals. We could walk out the front door and were just a few houses down from the park and beyond the park was a beach. It was an excellent location. Many restaurants and activities nearby.

Not the house featured but another after vrbo site had a glitch and never resolved. Change made with the property owners who were very accommodating, friendly and understanding. Immaculate and well appointed house in great little friendly community. Enjoyed a relaxing week traveling and going to the beach a short 12 min walk down the street and across the salt marsh. Look no further than 35 Crabline Ct for your next vrbo stay.

Perfect location

What a perfect location! It was so nice to not have to worry about parking when going down to the beach. Every day, there were lines of people waiting to pay to park, and we were always able to walk right down to the beach from the house. The house itself is beautiful, and our group had a great time here. We wish the pool had been bigger and warmer, but other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation getaway

Great property! Just what we needed for our family vacation. The walk to the beach is about a block and the pool was also a nice perk too. Due to the foliage around the home, there are mosquitoes. So just keep in mind to bring bug spray for your trip. Everything was great for our family trip!

Furniture quite old and not so comfortable but once I figured out how to use TV that was good. Walking to beach was fun but beach not great compared to further by a MARRIOTT AND Omni hotels. Pool size VERY exaggerated. Only good for toddlers. It’s just a big Unheated bathtub. Good central location. Great biking. Reserve your bikes early. Kitchen under stocked. Bring your own plastic Garbage bags since there were no replacements once we used the first bag. Only recommending for the size and number of sleeping accommodations. Wouldn’t go back with a family of 3 or if u wanted to swim in a real pool.

Awesome house! Awesome location to the beach, very short walk! Beach cart and rolling cooler is all you need. Everything you need in the house for a family vacation. Felt just like being at home.
