Hilton Head Resort biedt zes verlichte tennisbanen gratis; fietsverhuur beschikbaar op de site met een vakantieoord is gelegen op een fantastische fiets / wandelpad; toevlucht veiligheid 24/7; belangrijkste zwembad inclusief bar / grill, diversen winkel, tweede zwembad gelegen op Bldg. 4; overdekt zwembad, een bubbelbad, kinderbad, fitnesscentrum, overdekt wandel / atletiekbaan en wifi cafe in onze Bldg. 3.

De prachtige stranden liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand via een prive-promenade. Tijdens het lopen op de promenade naar het strand, kunt u stoppen om over te lezen en te genieten van het prachtige ecologische moeras en widlife. Er is ook een gratis pendeldienst vanaf complex op de promenade die u af direct aan het strand, waar Coco's Bar / Grill is en onze beachvolleybalveld zijn gevestigd. Coco serveert alcoholische en non-alcoholische dranken, snacks en broodjes en toiletten!

Onze eenheid is gelegen op de tweede verdieping in Bldg. 3. De slaapkamer heeft een queen bed en een eigen badkamer. De kamer biedt voldoende ruimte met een twin over de volledige stapelbed en een twin bed. De keuken is volledig ingericht met de meeste alles wat een gezin nodig heeft om de maaltijden te repareren in de villa. De woonkamer is voorzien van een comfortabele sofa, dat wanneer iemand kon slapen en een balkon met uitzicht op de Robert Trent Golf Course.

Dit centraal gelegen resort is een 24-uurs gated community handig om golf, fietspaden, winkels, bioscopen, restaurants, en natuurlijk het prachtige strand. Het resort ligt naast de Ocean Course Robert Trent Jones in Palmetto Dunes.

We stayed for a few days and had a great time. The location is nice and the indoor amenities at the condo complex were great for the cooler weather we had while there. We used the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The condo is simple and had everything we needed. I do wish there would have been some spare beach towels, but other than that everything we needed was there.

Great place

The property was great. Multiple pools, large hot tub, sauna, steam room, indoor track, gym, great boardwalk to beach. Also it was on the trolley line so very easy to get around without having to drive. We go to Hilton head every year and will definitely stay here next year. Communication with owner was great. The beach and amenities were never packed. The indoor facilities were great for the few times it rained. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pictures do not show how great this place was and the awesome amenities.

Our host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Room was nice but could use some updates…I would suggest leaving a few extra towels/washcloths in the room. The Hilton Head Resort most definitely needs to be refurbished and updated. The Stairwell has a terrible smell … not really sure what the issue is.

Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the large master bathroom, convenient bike rental, and boardwalk shuttle. Loved Coco's grill & the pools. Beach was wonderful. Couldn't get the tv to work. Wish there were a few covered parking spots for trucks - can't do that with the yellow poles hanging down. Getting carts with groceries and luggage up thru all the doors and hallways is challenging. Overall, cute place. Thank you!

Abundance of ease

This stay marked my 4th time staying at this resort, and this is my favorite condo by far. No issues with owner communication. Ample beach supplies in the outdoor locker space. I love how the unit didn’t have a lot of unnecessary furniture cluttering up the space. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. I especially liked the key code to get in and out of the unit. Made it very easy to allow others to come and go as they pleased. Very close to the elevator, and tucked away around the corner, so it lessened extra sounds of the indoor pool. Excellent food at Coco‘s Beach. Some of the best burgers we’ve had. There was also a lifeguard station right outside the entrance point from the resort to the beach. Was able to have a Walmart delivery brought right to my doorstep. Such a convenience! We had issues getting the TVs to work, but we didn’t really need them. Appreciated the board games left in the cabinet. Thank you very much, Jackie. We all had a wonderful time. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer ;-)

Beautiful Property

Condo itself was gorgeous! Better than it looked in pictures. Property of the whole resort was more run down than expected, but the condo was awesome! Perfect amount of room for our family of 5 (including 2 teens). "short" walk to the beach is a bit of a stretch as it is quite a ways away. Overall amazing stay and great property. Would definitely stay again. Host was great with communication and everything went so smooth!

Nice overall stay

Property is nice, condo updated and clean, quiet. Beach access is a long boardwalk walk especially challenging with kids and beach gear- had intermittent shuttle rides, only run specific times. Beach cart was rusted and unable to use. There was no beach umbrella to use. Beds and room temperatures were comfortable, plenty of space for 6-7 people. Property outdoor pool very crowded all the time. Convenient location to stores, shops and restaurants.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The elevator was not working but Jackie made us aware of that before we got there. The resort has allot to offer but needs to be updated, but once we got into our condo it was like we were in a whole different place. Would gladly stay there again.

Overall the trip was very pleasant. We enjoyed the room as well the amenities that came with it. The only unfortunate event was the pool closing early for most of our duration. It was the only pool area with a pool for our toddler.

Over all our stay was very good, I would like more options for things to do at the resort. The one restaurant on the property had very good food and drinks. The property was very clean very pleasant. Everything was in order as far as the inside of the condo. The only thing that I had an issue with inside was the water hot water system inside of the grand bedroom that had the bathroom never got hot it was just lukewarm warm, that need some attention, the kitchen sink, the right and left hot and cold water is in opposite position outside of that, Everything was good. The location was good and it was no noise that I can hear of although we did stay at the end of off-season, but everything was very pleasant.

Not bad, but not great

The condo is definitely dated, but that didn’t bother us as much as the extra cleaning we had to do upon arrival. All the door knobs and light switches were very sticky, and the coffee maker was filthy. I had to take it apart and wash it by hand. Also, the a/c works great, however it rattles 24/7. No clue why!! Other than that, the location is wonderful and you have easy access to everything. The best part was the boardwalk to the beach. It’s an easy walk to and from, but a resort shuttle is available during certain hours of the day to make the trip more manageable for those who need it. Also, the condo comes with a private locker that has tons of stuff for the beach. The only things missing is an umbrella or canopy for the beach, but that’s not an issue if you go to beach after 5pm. Be prepared to see sharks, tho. It was a great experience to see them in their natural habitat, and didn’t take away from our family fun. All in all, we’d recommend the condo even though we won’t be returning. Next time we’ll stay closer to Harbour Town only for the golf experience for my husband.

Decent place for the price

The entire facility is well maintained and and is conveniently located to the major beaches. It does have beach access but you have to walk on a boardwalk for about 5minutes to reach the beach. There is a small trolly available for individuals who can’t walk the distance. The unit was clean and operational but updates should be considered specifically in the washrooms where it is beginning to show its age. The unit is very close to the indoor swimming pool which is convenient. Please note, the door/ walls seem very thin and we were able to hear all the people walking through the hallways going to and from the pool or their room. It didn’t make for a restful sleep for our kids at times. Besides that, the unit and grounds are a great option for families looking for easy and accessible beach/ pool fun.
