Mooie renovatie, lopen naar het strand en Coligny Plaza !!

Deze twee slaapkamers, drie badkamers tweede verdieping stadshuis ligt op slechts twee blokken van het strand en een korte wandeling of fietstocht naar Coligny Plaza met winkels. entertainment en restaurants. Bijgewerkt in 2019 met NIEUW meubilair, matrassen, oven, afwasmachine magnetron en badkuipen. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, nieuwe smart tv met groot scherm, balkon en kathedraalplafonds. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed en een groot bed met een nieuwe smart tv en kathedraalplafonds. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met nieuwe borden, crockpot, bestek, potten en pannen, broodrooster, koffiepot etc. De familiekamer heeft een gloednieuwe queen size slaper en complete badkamer met douche en een groot scherm smart tv. Wat u op de foto's ziet, is wat u zult zien wanneer u aankomt.

Vier stoelen en een kar plus wagen zijn voorzien voor het strand. Profiteer van alle fietspaden en neem bij terugkomst een duik in het grote zwembad (seizoensgebonden geopend) op een steenworp afstand of ontspan gewoon op uw twee balkons met uitzicht op de palmbomen en het Spaanse mos.

Great time/Great Place

Perfect size for a family of 5. 8-10 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Neat little pirate playground and park for young families within a 2 minute walk. Very clean condo that comes with a few beach chairs, folding cart and umbrellas. Great time!

We loved our time in HHI this year! The condo was great with plenty of room for my family of 4, along with my parents! Close proximity to plenty of shops and places to grab food! The golf cart rides are wonderful and super helpful for those with kiddos who’s been on the beach or in sun all day! We will certainly return! ☺️

The property was true to the pictures and very cute. Everything felt clean and organized. It was missing a few items that we've enjoyed at other VRBOs, but overall it was a great stay. The internet kept going in and out, which wasn't an issue for us, but the owner wanted Spectrum to enter the property during our stay, which was slightly annoying. The beach was a bit more of a walk than we anticipated but the neighborhood was great.

Great location and host!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We had the pool to ourselves and this place is close enough to everything that you don’t have to drive unless you want to. We easily walked to the beach (two different access points), the closest grocery store, and a nearby park (super cool pirate ship park our children loved). Lisa is very quick to reply if you need to get ahold of her during your stay. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat there. It is decorated lovely and the balconies are so fun to sit on and enjoy. Lisa also provided a lot of information about the surrounding area and things to do. Thank you!

Comfortable and cozy

My family of four stayed in Lisa's townhome the weekend of October 9. We immediately felt right at home. The house was clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It is obvious that Lisa takes pride in this rental. The beach chairs and wagons that came with the booking were a bonus. We will be booking here again.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Condo was just as described. It was a very short walk to the beach and was easily doable for our 4 & 7 year old. The property manager was prompt to answer any questions. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The beach had perfect waves for the kids to boogie board. So many bike rental options close to the condo as well. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay and did not want to leave! All you need is your bathing suit--this condo has everything. Super cute and clean and just a shirt walk to the beach. Owner is incredibly helpful and fast to respond. We will be back next year!

Perfect for our family

This was everything we hoped it would be! The rental was clean and had what we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is so close to the beach, restaurants, and parks. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the layout is great.

Great villa minutes from the beach!

Clean, great layout and close to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our short trip to HHI. Lisa made the checkin process super easy and was extremely accommodating! You literally just need to bring your bathing suit! Would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect!

This is a perfect place to stay! Close to everything, no need for a car. Property is very clean, love the decor, very comfortable...like home and did I say perfect? We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit!
