    Kom ontsnappen naar het prachtige Hilton Head Island en geniet van een verblijf in ons GLOEDNIEUWE Sandcastle by the Sea! We zijn slechts een korte 3 blokken lopen van de ingang van Folly Field Beach .. dat is slechts 20 seconden fietsen of 20 seconden autorijden. Sandcastles by the Sea heeft een gated ingang die 's nachts gesloten wordt gehouden.

    Begane grond: vanaf de begane grond beschikt de woning over een grote garage onder het huis met een strandwagen, strandstoelen en speelgoed voor kinderen. De achterkant van de begane grond onder het huis beschikt over een prachtig sprankelend, verwarmd, privézwembad met bestratingspatio. Het zwembad omvat een buitenbank en stoelen, hangende schommelstoelen, ligstoelen, een eettafel, een propaan Weber grill en nog veel meer! Neem de lift vanaf de begane grond naar elke verdieping van het huis!

    Eerste verdieping: beschikt over een romantische slaapkamer met een groot kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een complete badkamer. De gastronomische keuken is voorzien van een grote spoelbak, dubbele oven, roestvrijstalen afzuigkap, granieten aanrechtbladen, tegel backsplash en een groot eiland met 4 aanrecht. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle kookgerei die je nodig hebt voor de week en een starter set vuilniszakken, wasmiddel en papieren handdoeken. De woonkamer en eetkamer zijn een open plattegrond met 12 voet brede glazen schuifdeuren die de eerste verdieping openen naar een groot scherm veranda met ontspannend uitzicht op de zoetwaterlagune .. De veranda is voorzien van veel loungemeubels.

    Tweede verdieping: beschikt over een grote slaapkamer met een luxe kingsize bed en een grote flatscreen-tv. Er is ook een pack-n-play met een 3 "matras in deze kamer. Een deur in de master suite leidt u naar een grote privéveranda om te genieten van koffie in de ochtend! De extra grote master bad is spa-achtig met zachte gewaden, een grote betegelde douche en dubbele wastafels. Ook zijn op de 2e verdieping twee extra slaapkamers. Een slaapkamer heeft een KONINGIN bed, flatscreen tv .. De andere kamer is nog een kingsize bed en met een flatscreen-tv .. Die twee kamers delen een complete badkamer met een betegelde bad / douche combinatie. Deze verdieping heeft ook een grote wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.

    Bovenste verdieping: beschikt over een grote slaapkamer opgezet hotelstijl met 2 KONINGIN bedden, flatscreen-tv en een complete badkamer. En tot slot, een plek die de kinderen nooit zullen vergeten. Een grote kinderkamer en een speelkamer met 2 sets vol stapelbedden .. elk met een uitschuifbaar uitschuifbed. Er is ook een speeltafel voor het kleuren en lezen van boeken, een speelhuis om in te verstoppen of in te slapen, een speeltafel, veel spellen en kaarten, een grote flatscreen-tv en vele andere unieke verrassingen in dit leuke en feestelijk ingerichte toevluchtsoord.

    Neem je een baby mee? Het huis zal alles hebben wat u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen verblijf. Inclusief een kinderwagen, pack n play wieg met matras, kinderstoel en bumbo stoel. De toegang tot het strand Folly Field aan het einde van de straat heeft parkeerplaatsen, badkamers, buitendouches, een automaat en een rubberen pad naar het strand waardoor de toegang gemakkelijk is voor kinderen, ouderen en mensen die strandkarretjes of kinderwagens trekken (zie foto in de lijst). Het fietsverhuurbedrijf bevindt zich direct achter onze buurt in het Hilton Head Beach en Tennis Parking Lot.

Wonderful family vacation

We had an excellent stay! The house was new and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the extra touches and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and games! Kitchen was well equipped and the beach supplies made our trip so easy and fun!

Perfect for our growing family!

Great house and location for our growing family. Very spacious! Just wish it was a little closer to the beach. Not bad if you have someone with a truck to transport, and drop off, the beach necessities for 4 grandchildren under 4! The heated pool was a big hit. Super easy check-in and check-out as well as very prompt responses to our questions!

Nice property, spacious, lots of seating inside and outside. Multiple floors to spread out. A little longer walk to beach than anticipated but it helped us to get our steps in. Well equipped kitchen plus a second refrigerator helped. Maintenance person was quick to address the main tv when it stopped working. A small pool that was shaded and nice to relax in. Lots of beach chairs, cooler, wagons, and beach toys. Areas to improve on: cleaning crew, many dishes were dirty, digital board lost and never gained internet access, master bath 3rd floor left sink clogged or very slow to drain, very poor water pressure for the 4th floor shower, many more fish towels needed for a house this size, we were provided 2. Last, parking is an issue. There needs to be places to park extra vehicles with homes this size. We had 7-8 vehicles due to flights and some who traveled by vehicle. Only enough parking for 4 vehicles plus one in the garage. Overall good place for a family and extended family.

Only 2 complaints. Pictures made it look like Kuerig cups were provided and made the pool look twice the size it really was. We would definitely rent again regardless of that.

Great place. Close enough to the beach. Covered pool protected us from sun yet sunny lounge chairs for those who wanted it. Beach wagons and beach/pool toys so nice to have. Plenty of space for everyone.

We were visiting family on HHI for a wedding and this was the perfect rental for 3 generations of family. The owners have thought of everything from beach towels to pool toys to a mainstreamed check in/out process. We will definitely stay here again.

I want to buy this home.

I have rented at least 5 times a year over the past 10 years. By far, this home and landlord is a class higher than the rest. The home was immaculate. All the appliances were not cheap. The management group clearly understood what a guest needs. We could find almost everything we needed in the house without having to buy extra items from walmart. The management team heated the pool prior to arrival so that we could enjoy from Day 1. Out of all the homes I rented, I had turn the heat on it after we checked in (and wait at least 8 hours before using it). My wife is a realtor, and she was also impressed by the detail of the home. "There was a lot of thought put into the home and the guest --- very impressive". Thank you for the pleasant stay.. I will rent this home again in the next couple months!!

Great Retreat Spot for Youth Fall Retreat

This was a fantastic place to host our Youth Group's Fall Retreat. It accommodated us perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, allow enough space for us to spread out from one another yet still be present with each other, and was super easy and accessible to EVERYTHING! Easily the best property I have ever stayed at for one of these trips. God bless them for the elevator because that saved me some climbing steps to check on everyone every few minutes (and I was super impressed with the safety features!). I was grateful for the private Master's balcony. It allowed myself as the Youth Pastor to steal away, regroup, pray, prepare, and self-reflect, while still being accessible. You truly have no idea how much of a game-changer that was. This place is the Youth Pastor's dream for a trip! Thank you guys for your hospitality, everything was incredible from what you have prepared. God Bless you and your home!

Great Family & Friends Vacation Spot

This home was clean, beds very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The amenities were perfect for all ages. The kids loved the pool and outside eating area. The adults loved the massive dinning room table, streaming apps and bedroom privacy. If we had to choose one thing that could’ve been better, is the view on the back decks. Rather than the pond it was the side of another home. Also, you have sun beaming down on you on the deck for majority of the day so pull down shades would be a great addition to this home. The check in/out process was clear, concise and hassle-free. Thank you for the wonderful vacation spot!

We had an good experience during our visit. The property manager was always available to answer any questions or handle an issues. We were a little disappointed by the cleanliness of the property. The walls needed to be wiped down and the floors had some spills in the kitchen. Otherwise it was a great house in nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach.

Home away from home

The house was extremely clean. and in like new condition. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our big family. The elevator made it easy for the grandparents to maneuver throughout the house. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. We often drove our truck unloaded the wagons and just went back and forth during the day. The beach access is wonderful as there are no steps when traveling down the walkway to the beach. The bathrooms at the boardwalk are a plus as well. We rented a few umbrellas and chairs which made coming to the beach even easier. Enjoy the putt putt course in that is in walking distance (about 5 minute walk from the house). The pool is nice with ample seating but a little cool as it is under house/deck. The plus to that is... no sunscreen. The outdoor space around the pool is a great gathering place. with the grill, TV and seating everywhere. The house has couple of wagons, umbrellas and beach toys, and beach towels for the entire family. These are nice additions to reduce what you have to packs. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and would definitely come back again.

Great family time

We wanted a place to get away for a bit and this was perfect. Definitely plenty of room for more than just our one family. We had minor issues the mgmt company addressed (garage door code wasn’t working, garbage can was missing) We rented bikes that were delivered and picked up and biking to Folly Field or Burke’s Beach was super easy. Walking to Folly Field beach with a wagon full of stuff wouldn’t be out of the question either. It’s close. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed and the bathrooms were great too. The “starter kit” of dish soap and other needs was perfect. We also loved the supply of towels. The pool was great for our son to swim and play when we needed to relax. The pool is located behind the garage and under the living room and deck. It was not quite as bright and well lit as the pictures but still suited our needs. The bunk bed mattresses have a plastic mattress protector on them (understandable) which made them uncomfortable for our son. He quickly moved to another room. We would definitely stay again.

Perfection in Paradise!

All I can say is, WOW! This property exceeded our expectations. My family, along with a few of our friends spent 4th of July week on Hilton Head Island. We felt like we were staying in a brand new house! Every room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. There was more than enough room for the nine of us. The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had enough room for all of our belongings. Everything you could ever need was included(except for basic kitchen spices, which I am sure was for our safety due to COVID-19). The pool was the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach! And let's not forget the fact that the location of this property couldn't be any more ideal! The beach is a short 10-minute walk and the house included not one, but TWO sturdy wagons to carry all your beach essentials. Folly Field beach was never too crowded(and we were here at one of the busiest times of the year) and all visitors did an excellent job of social distancing. I felt very safe! In addition to the wagons, the house included pool toys, sand toys, and beach chairs. This house is also very close to some of the best restaurants on the island and a quick 5 min drive to the Kroger for groceries. Before our arrival, I scheduled grocery delivery, which saved us time and energy. On most evenings, we stayed in and grilled, thus allowing us to relax in the comforts of this amazing home. This property is a steal for all it has to offer! The property management company did an excellent job of informing us of everything we needed to know to make our stay as easy as possible. We can't wait to come back!
