Grace Meadows: 3BR / 3BA, dicht bij Westin, strand, golf en tennis

De links is een rustige gated community in Port Royal Plantation. Onze villa is een licht en comfortabel appartement met één verhaal dat zich aan de bocht van de 7e fairway van de Barony Golf Course bevindt. We staan aan de achterkant van de Links die afzondering en privacy biedt.

De serre van Carolina en de grote slaapkamer kijken uit op de golfbaan. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer en een inloopkast. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, een eigen badkamer en een stoel bij het raam. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en ligt dicht bij de complete hal badkamer. Onze keuken is goed uitgerust en de wasruimte heeft een full-size wasmachine en droger.

Een gasgrill bevindt zich op het plavuizenterras tussen de villa en de afzonderlijke garage voor twee wagens. De patio is een geweldige plek om buiten te eten. De garage voor twee auto's heeft de golfkar voor uitstapjes naar het strand, tennis of het Westin Resort. Strandstoelen samen met zwembad en strand speelgoed worden bewaard in de garage voor uw gebruik. De familiekamer heeft een kathedraalplafond met een flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler, natte bar en gratis WiFi. Keyless voordeur toegang stelt u in staat om direct naar de villa te rijden bij aankomst.

Het strand ligt op drie minuten rijden in onze privé golfkar. Het strandpark heeft een speeltuin en toiletten. The Links heeft een gemeenschappelijk zwembad dat dicht bij onze villa ligt. Hilton Head heeft vele met bomen omzoomde paden om te wandelen of fietsen. Onze villa biedt alle gemakken van thuis op een heerlijke vakantieplek.

We zijn dicht bij uitstekende restaurants, geweldige winkels, tennis, korte wandeling naar het Westin Resort, bioscopen en natuurlijk Starbucks. Dagtochten naar Savannah en Charleston zijn ook uitstekende uitjes.

Onze lijst stond voorheen bekend als 'Tatami Bahami Villa'.

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

August Stay

The property is as described. As promised, I received the necessary codes (gate, front door, and bike locks) to gain access a day or two in advance of our arrival. When leaving the 89-degree, high humidity outside and entering the home, it was very refreshing as the AC was running and ceiling fans turning. The floors, bedding, bathrooms, towels, and dishes were fresh and clean. Having access to a BBQ grill, bikes and pool was very welcomed (the golf cart was out of commission during our stay). The foil kite was a great hit. The checkout process had minimal requests and was easier than most VRBO checkout requirements. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

We had a very good time at this condo. The location was great! The condo was on the end which made it feel away from any hustle and bustle, yet close enough for a nice walk to the beach. The golf cart was such a wonderful and useful addition! Everything to make your stay great was thought of. The condo itself was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband, 3 children, and parents. Nice property overall and in a quiet location. After unpacking cars and settling in discover AC is not working. Called manager and they sent someone out to check it out. Had to get a part and it was Sunday before memorial day so would not be resolved for at least 2 days. Manager offered to refund our money to move somewhere else. Properties that were found we couldn't check into the next day anyways and who wants to move everything back out and in somewhere new after traveling. I was then offered to stay at a hotel down the street until the ac was fixed and I would be reimbursed. After the ac was fixed and a few days after the hotel was charged to my credit card I had to contact the manager to see when I was getting my refund. That's when the stalling and lies came into play. Said she couldn't get ahold of all the owners yet to get the money and went back and forth for about 2 weeks before discoveringwhat was really going on. She told me they were not going to refund my money until after the review window closed because they didnt want a bad review. I didnt leave a review or contact vrbo to complain because i was afraid they would then deny me a refund. Well I guess they miscalculated the review window because I received the refund 3 weeks after my stay (which is when they thought it closed) and found out I could still leave a review. Really mad my refund was held almost 4 weeks after the charge on my credit card which accrued interest because they though they could avoid looking bad to their future guests!
