Deze traditionele Racquet Club Villa met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is onlangs gerenoveerd en biedt alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw vakantie. De entree op de eerste verdieping maakt deze villa met één verdieping ideaal voor iedereen die moeite heeft met trappen. Nieuw bijgewerkt met hardhouten vloeren, tapijt in de slaapkamers en nieuw meubilair in de woonkamer. De woonkamer is voorzien van een grote flatscreen-tv, evenals een Blu-Ray-speler. Deze villa zal zeker plezieren! De keuken is uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparaten en grenst aan de eetkamer met een grote boerderij-stijl tafel (stoelen 8). Toegang tot het privéterras naast de woonkamer en geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de lagune.

In de hal zijn de slaapkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer heeft nog een kingsize bed. De 3e slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en deze slaapkamers delen een 2e bad. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen flatscreen-tv. Alle upgrades en gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat Sea Pines te bieden heeft; deze mooie villa is perfect voor uw volgende vakantie.

Racquet clubvilla's beschikken over een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en 4 graveltennisbanen in de buurt van de accommodatie. Deze villa bevat ook 4 gratis volwassen fietsen van South Beach Cycles en 4 strandstoelen in rugzakstijl, waardoor u snel en gemakkelijk naar het strand kunt fietsen. Review from a stay in July of 2025, this unit needs some attention, looks like there has been a leak in the living room ceiling and one of the bed rooms, one of the bath tubs would not drain, it also looks like someone played with a ball in the unit as most of the walls have scuff and just overall dirty.

It was VERY MUSTY and not clean… pictures on VRBO were very deceiving … the place was very dark . It was so musty and smelly that one of the men staying in our group of 4 had to go to the urgent care to get steroids etc and my husband was having difficulty breathing … will not stay or will not recommend that unit again… very disappointed as we have good friend who own in the same cul de sac

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was updated, clean, and spacious. It’s close to Harbour town and the beach which was great. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the floors could have been cleaned a little better. 4/5 stars.

Family vacation

This was the perfect location in Hilton Head. Short drive to the beach and walking distance to Harbor town, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and our boys loved the bunk beds. We will definently stay here again when we are back.

My opinion:

Condo is well suited for a small party or family. Kitchen galley has great updates, but is tight with washer and dryer being located in the same area. There is no real storage for dry food goods… if you plan to cook or just have minimum food essentials, like one cabinet small, and it’s above the dryer, at the back of the kitchen. Upon initial entry you do smell a musty smell and sadly the condo was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. We laundered all the bedding, couch pillows, and shower curtains due to clearly being soiled! Floors felt dirty too. We immediately reached out to the host and received prompt support and resolutions. Condo overlooks a pond, which was nice and is a short bike ride to Harbor Town. Location to the beach is about a 15 min (or so) bike ride. The bikes provided are little worn out, but did get us from A to B. Overall, the upgrades to kitchen were appreciated, but small with no storage. Condo may accommodate 10+, but just keep in mind you’ll be in close quarters with one another. The 2 main bedrooms are very spacious.

Very cute. Great location. Property management was quick to resolve some plumbing issues and fire alarm issues. The kitchen is not well stocked so bring cookware, etc if you plan to eat in. Overall perfect stay! The free bikes were a hit! And the trolley stop is just steps away. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our time at Sea Pines and had a lot of fun biking, swimming, and at the beach. The property included bikes and some beach chairs, which was really helpful. The unit could use a thorough deep clean (baseboards, walls, wash shower curtain, etc). Rental manager was very kind and responsive with helping us when we needed help accessing the swimming pool and getting a few of the sheets changed (I assume the housekeeping staff accidentally overlooked changing the sheets in one of the rooms). Overall, a great location and had all the conveniences we were looking for in our Hilton Head stay.

Great Rental

Great property super close to Harbour town which is very convenient because it’s hard to park there. Bikes and beach chairs being included in the rental also great. Property was clean and as described in the listing. Tried to ask for early check in and late check out via email but didn’t hear back from rental company either time. That’s the only reason I ranked that section 3 stars. Otherwise great stay, would come back!

Great location but needs some love....

This condo is ideally located within a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town and the Trolly stop is literally right next to the condo. BUT, this place needs some love...it was not clean when we arrived (email to Island Rentals resulted in cleaning crew arriving Monday morning!) and the condo needs updating. New coat of paint, new furniture, a rug you won't trip over and even kitchen cabinet pulls that are fully attached?!?! We still loved being here, plenty of space and comfortable. Great beach chairs and bikes were provided and the pool on site was wonderful! We might rent here again but this property needs upgrades.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely property and the included bikes gave it the perfect touch! Having never been to the island, we definitely could have used more information about how to actually get to the beach as that was fairly complicated. The property management was very responsive and helpful!

Great location

This condo is in a great location! It less than a mile from Harbour Town which we went to daily! It’s a 12 minute bike ride to the beach which we also did daily. We loved riding up to the stables daily to feed the horses (you can feed them carrots)! The kitchen is lacking some items like salt and pepper. I would never have thought to bring my own as every VRBO site I’ve stayed at has them. The rug in the living room needs replaced. My daughter and I tripped over it many times as it’s broken in a spot.

Great family trip!

We recently stayed in the Raquet Club property and had a wonderful stay. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kiddos and the parents loved that the other bedrooms both had king sized beds. We had everything we needed for our stay, loved that beach chairs and bikes were provided, and the location was perfect. Jay was great and responded to our maintenence requests (missing coffee maker, bathroom door locks not working) right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful time on our trip. We loved the back patio overlooking a peaceful lagoon. We also appreciated the short walk across the parking lot to tennis and the surprising large community pool. It was great this was a three-bedroom property. The window seat in the main bedroom and the two sets of bunk beds were also big hits. Nice to have bikes ready for us and nice beach chairs, too!

Amazing location and place for families

This house is right by Harbor Town and was perfect for walking our kids there in the morning to play at the playground. The bikes were so nice to have and we rented a trailer for the week so we could bike to the beach, horse stable, and activities. The house was perfect for what we needed. Did have a faint smell, but I find a lot of homes in the south do. Didn't bother us. The beds were comfy and the rooms were large. It is a pretty looking house!

Fun in Sea Pines

This villa is plenty spacious and a great location. The bikes were a plus !!! We stayed one month in this villa and I wished it would have been cleaner upon arrival and also a cleaning service provided for long term rentals It would have been nice to have a vacuum in the villa so I could of at least vacuumed!!! Also, it is advertised as having ceiling fans and a landline in the villa. There is no landline or ceiling fans in the villa.

Family Vacay… College sophomore high school freshman and a 10-year-old! This property was the perfect layout and location! We had a leaky toilet upon check in. Handled with friendly service the day after. Awesome property. Great location. Not pristine clean - but doable. Needs a cutting board, a bigger stock pot, and the grill did not work - but all all in all an amazing experience - plus - the 4 bicycles & beach chairs were the cherry on top! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Labor Day Weekend Get Tofether

Loved the location. Bikes And chairs included were a big plus. Tennis courts are clay courts and nice. Got a shady court. We biked all around - beach, harbor town and salty dog. Unit was neat and clean. We drove up from Florida and had a great time catching up with kids from Charlotte. Convenient meeting spot for us. We’ll be back.

The unit is part of Sea Pines which is an awesome location when staying with kids. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, bikes and a pool. Kids had a blast. Overall it was a very good experience.

Last minute stay

Overall experience was great! Property was well maintained inside and out. Pool was a one minute walk and beach is 1.9 miles away or a short 12 minute bike ride. Sea Pines shops just across the street and Harbor Town a short walk from the property.. The only negative was the cleanliness of the Villa it wasn’t terrible but a magic eraser could go a long way. Mainly the walls and appliances need a thorough deep clean. We brought our own cleaning supplies so it was fine. I would defiantly rent again And recommend.
