Slechts een steenworp afstand naar het strand, het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en een minuutje lopen naar alle winkels, restaurants en activiteiten die Coligny Plaza te bieden heeft. Er is een reden waarom ze verwijzen naar Coligny als "Hilton Head's Downtown". Geniet van het winkelen voor Vera Bradley en Spartina bij Fresh Produce, haal je strandkleding, zonnebrillen en meer bij de Quiet Storm Surf Shop op en zit op het balkon terwijl je luistert naar livemuziek voor een hapje en een drankje in Big Bamboo Cafe, allemaal op een minuut lopen van je voordeur .

Location was great. Had a few issues in the unit that were promptly addressed and made right by property management. The washer/ dryer did not work properly and the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. Location is great, but will most likely stay elsewhere next trip.

Location, pool, walk out to the beach and parking were great. This unit is need of alot of repairs. Shower door is about to fall off, trim fell off of the vanity and a horrible smell in vanity. Not much storage for suitcases or beach stuff. Outdoor furniture pretty sad. Overall would not rent again.

Perfect for couple

This was our second time in Hilton Head but first time at Breakers. Location was perfect. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

The location was PRIME! The staff was excellent. The actual unit could use some care and upkeep. Utensils in the kitchen we’re old, dirty and not many of them. The air conditioning was terrible. When you adjust the temperature, the floors would get moist, like you had just mopped. Very sticky temperature. The dryer vent was so old and had a hole in it that, ruined my pants. I had draw string pants that got caught in the vent and the staff had to come in and remove the vent and I could not use the dryer for the rest of the stay. The Tv was not set up when I arrived, another member of the staff spent over 2 hours hooking up Roku in the unit. Location was PERFECT and the staff was unmatched. I would stay again, but in a different unit.

Great Location

Condo was accurate and well described in listing. Bed cover was dirty and needed replaced. Dishes in the kitchen needed cleaned and Sanitized. Bathroom was smaller than expected. Overall great place to stay with small family or couple.

Convenient location

Very nice, couldn’t be a more convenient location. Right on the beach. We walked and biked to restaurants and Piggly Wiggly. Never used our car once. Having access to beach bikes was a plus. The beach chairs they provided were new and had backpack type straps for easy transport to the beach. Internet speed was horrendous. Had to use our phone as hotspot if we wanted to stream anything on our computer or tablet. TVs are nice and new. Great value overall. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. The downside of the convention location is a very crowded beach.

My husband and I stayed in Hilton Head for our first time and loved it! This location is perfect - can walk / bike to shopping and restaurants. Anything you want is right there. The condo had everything we needed. The views were perfect!! I liked to watch activity in the pool and beach. Comfortable furnishings as well. Recommended for sure.

Pluses and minuses

Overall this was a great rental but I’ll break down the + and - as I know reviews help me decide. Positives: - location is the best. At the oceanfront and next to all the shops, grocery and restaurants in short walking distance. - The chairs on the deck were awesome! - the view of the ocean was perfect from our room. - the owner doesn’t overstuff the unit with lots of crap you don’t need. For example: 7 pasta strainers. There is one set of dishes, pots and pans, glassware, stemware, etc. - the owner has good style with pictures and decorations. - the couch seems new and is super comfy. - love the open concept design of kitchen. - the owner has brand new amazing beach chairs!! I’m going to buy myself some. She has 2 umbrellas. Nice things to have available. - the two bikes the owner supplied are fantastic!! They are high quality light weight beach cruisers. - they try and make good use of a small space. Negatives: - the place is small. More than 2 people would be tough. - it’s not the cleanest of places. It needs a deep clean. The surfaces were okay. The floorboards were nasty and it just felt kinda ick. - the Bed spread and shams prolly haven’t been washed since 1982. I stripped them and shoved in hall closet. Thank god the owner had an extra feather comforter for the couch pull out available. We used that. - the spatulas and some of the 40 sharpe knives had rust all over them. - there was only one regular knife that goes with fork and spoons. - there was a dead roach when we walked in. Lol - they need to leave a couple of shelves in pantry with nothing on it so we can put our food on it. I had to rearrange stuff to make it fit. - the bed could be replaced. It feels “broken down” but they did put a nice topper on top so it wasn’t uncomfortable. All and all - I think if the owner stays here for a week themselves, they would see these small changes that need to be made and make it happen! Cheers. :-)

We loved our stay!

We brought 4 teenage boys for a week long stay! The house provided plenty of space, the pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the short bike ride to the neighborhood beach access was effortless. Everybody had their own space, as well as a great area to gather as a group! Easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery for cooking in the open and well stocked kitchen. The private feel of the neighborhood left us with no worries about giving the boys the freedom to roam. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had, and were super helpful! Great spot for families with all ages…we highly recommend it!
