  • Deze villa met uitzicht op de oceaan is ontworpen op drie niveaus met kamerhoge en kamerhoge glazen deureenheden op het hoofdniveau (keuken / eetkamer / woonkamer) en het lagere niveau om het uitzicht op de oceaan en het zwembad te maximaliseren. Vloeren op alle niveaus is keramische tegels. De twee grote slaapkamers hebben tapijt. deze eenheid is volledig vernieuwd en de ontwerper is ingericht om een luxe en luxueuze ervaring te bieden.

    De belangrijkste woonlaag biedt een goed uitgeruste keuken met rijke houten kasten, granieten aanrecht, alle roestvrijstalen apparaten (inclusief vaatwasser en magnetron) en ruime tafel voor zes personen. Het comfortabele meubilair in de aangrenzende woonkamer vormt de perfecte plek om uw favoriete shows of films te verzamelen en te bekijken op de 32-inch lcd-tv. Neem uw ochtendkoffie naar het balkon bij de woon / eetkamer. Het is een geweldige plek om te genieten van de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van de oceaan.

    Twee grote slaapkamers bevinden zich op de bovenste verdieping en zijn elk voorzien van een kingsize bed, een lcd-tv en een eigen badkamer met douche - een bad heeft ook een apart bad. De derde slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden bevindt zich op de lagere verdieping naast de familiekamer. Een badkamer op het instapniveau dient deze slaapkamer. De drie volledige baden zijn volledig gerenoveerd met nieuw sanitair, armaturen, verlichting, kasten en keramische tegelvloeren en douches.

    Wasruimte met wasmachine / droger bevindt zich op instapniveau. De familiekamer is een tweede verzamelplaats voor tv-kijken of gamen. Met dvd-spelers en een iPod-dockingstation zou er voor elk wat wils zijn. Een koningin slaapbank en overvolle stoelen maken dit ook een gezellige plek om op te krullen met een goed boek. Glazen schuifdeuren leiden naar uw eigen prive-terras met stoelen, tafel en grill en parkachtige terrein met twee zwembaden (volwassen en kiddy) met een groot zonneterras en ligstoelen. Net buiten de tuin is een privétoegang tot de beroemde zandstranden van het Hilton Head Island.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

The refrigerator keeps everything wonderfully cool. The dishwasher is quiet an cleans everything. The beds are very . comfortable. Four concerns:1. The rug in the living areas is slippery. We had my mother with me who is older and removed the rug from the area due to a falling hazard.2. The bathroom upstairs with just a shower, the floor is very slippery.3. The washer and dryer are older. The work fine but are loud to run.4 The place truly needs a deep cleaning. Their were cob webs on the ceilings and the floors where dirty.

Everything was dusty, hanging off the walls in the living room. Moldy shower which I’m sure is very hard to keep clean in that environment, a little bleach would go a long way. Would have been nice to have a working ice machine, and the lack of curtains in the main living area is really needed. Not only for privacy but the unit got very warm during the day. The beds were amazing, can’t say enough about them.

The condo is in need of a deep cleaning but overall is very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Vacation Time of Hilton Head are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any concerns. Kudos to Stephanie and Jimmy! We had a plumbing issue that was handled quickly. Jimmy also followed up with us later in the week just to be sure all was well.

Perfect family vacation rental on the beach

A broken faucet in second bath upstairs was replaced promptly when maintenance discovered it would not be reparable. We were able to fix breakfast daily and a few other meals with the equipped kitchen. Beach chairs stowed out back were convenient to take to the beach since we had been unable to bring our own. Loved the ocean view from the upper balcony. Easy access to beach was great for our family of two adults and three teenage boys. We loved riding our bikes down the beach and the location was perfect for that. Pillows were too hard for our comfort but bed was comfortable. Overall, condo lived up to it online presentation and we couldn't have been happier. We would return in a heartbeat!

Staff was super helpful when we had a small maintenance issue. Would be nice if some storage containers had been provided for kitchen use. The trash/recycling policy and additional charge for not bagging these items properly is frowned upon though. We've never seen this before in any other condo in HHI. Overall a great stay!

Good stay at the beach

We had plenty of room to spread out (6 people in our family). There were a couple of issues that I thought we should not have had to deal with since we paid a lot of money to stay here. The ice machine was broke upon arrival, and when I called, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. They never did. They also wanted the garbage bagged a certain way, but did not leave the supplies to do so. When we called about that, we were told that WE could stop at the office and pick it up. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $2500 a week, we should not have to pick up something that they were supposed to provide. It was very close to the beach, which was nice. The view of the ocean was not as clear as was described. It was located in the heart of Hilton Head, which was great. We could walk or bike most places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned to New York after our third winter at 16 Beach Villa and we felt like turning around and heading back down again. This year was a little cooler in Hilton Head, but, it was brutal in New York and other points north. As usual the villa was a welcome sight and everything we could possibly need for a two month visit is there for us to use. The owners have installed a phone this year which was also very useful. We love our time down here and even though it was a little cooler we still managed to have breakfast on the balcony most mornings and a few BBQ"s in the evening. We loved to ride our rented bikes on the beach and Tuesday dinner specials at The Big Bamboo in Coligny. We have already reserved our visit for next year and look forward to continued visits.

It is close enough to Coligny for walks home along the beach after an evening out. Everything you need for your stay is present at the condo. This year the cleanliness was not quite up to standard, but this was reported the management company. I did get an opportunity to return to unit after we vacated as we had forgitton something and it looked and smelled really clean. The management company are wonderful and help out with any problems you may have.
