Het appartement beschikt over een open plattegrond waardoor een luchtig en licht gevoel overal. De eetkamer biedt comfortabel plaats aan zes personen met extra zitplaatsen aan de keukenbar. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en klaar voor gebruik met alles wat u nodig heeft om een maaltijd te bereiden. De woonkamer is zeer comfortabel en nodigt uit om achterover te leunen en te ontspannen. King size bed in de slaapkamer, tweede slaapkamer is een queensize bed. Gast slaapkamer heeft een koningin en tweepersoonsbedden, plus een comfortabele queensize slaapbank.

De prachtige patio is een perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Het biedt een geweldig uitzicht op de prachtige Palmetto-bomen en de mooie Live Oaks in South Carolina. Een rustige en serene plek om te ontbijten of een heerlijk diner 's avonds laat.

De North Shore Pool ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw deur; het is niet nodig om in de lift te stappen of trappen te beklimmen om toegang te krijgen tot dit geweldige zwembad. De Ocean Side Sea Crest Pool is ook beschikbaar voor uw gebruik en op slechts een korte loopafstand van uw appartement.

North Shore Place biedt een beveiligde, afgesloten ondergrondse garage voor uw gebruik. Als u wilt, hoeft u uw auto nooit meer te gebruiken, want er zijn verschillende restaurants, supermarkten en winkels op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Het spectaculaire strand van Hilton Head ligt op 2 minuten lopen. Als je terugkomt van het strand zijn er buitendouches bij de ingang om het zand weg te spoelen. Er zijn tal van wandel- en fietspaden net buiten uw deur.

Having a hot tub was perfect since the weather was cool in late December. The condo is also perfect- the size, layout, colors, location. And the balcony is huge! Wonderful stay for 4 adults and 1 child. Highly recommend.

Walk to everything, really nice unit!

The location here is great. Walk to restaurants, coffee, grocery store, bars, and the beach. Most evenings, there is lovely live music nearby that drifts up as you watch the sunset from the balcony. You can see the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and the unit is well constructed and so quiet. Communication with property mgmt is very good.

Large Family Condo

Perfect condo for out stay with adults and children. Three bedrooms was a must this year and proximity to the pool made the kids so happy! Walk to the beach is easy even with all accessories in tow. The condo was larger than I thought would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Great location, great property. North Shore Place is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. We've stayed in this building for years and always enjoy the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. First time in a 3 BR condo and loved it. Wrap around patio and great views.

Great place to stay

The location is close to shopping and the beach. The condo is across from the roof top pool which we really liked. The wrap around deck was nice additional relaxing space. We've been to HH a number of times and this was our favorite place we've stayed.

perfect stay

Our family had a delightful time staying here while visiting with other family nearby for Thanksgiving. The place is very comfortable. The upstairs master bedroom has a view of the ocean. The only problem was that the hot tub by the pool stopped heating on day #2. We reported it, but didn’t hear back from anybody. Nonetheless, we’d come back again in the future if we could. Thank you!

Property was great. The location to the beech and pool was wonderful. It was nice to be able to play with my older kids in the pool while our 1 yo took a nap as the room was just next to the pool. On rare occasion the noise from the pool was audible at night but usually quite by 9pm but the location was well worth the trade off. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location/setting

Conveniently located 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family getaway. Loved the proximity to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining, as well as easy access to rooftop pool and beach. Balcony was perfect for all times of day. The only downside to the property is that two bedrooms are upstairs which we knew in advance. All in all, a great value for the space and the location!

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We travel to HHI at least twice a year. We had two infants and four adults. This condo is an excellent location! It is a short walking distance to the beach, and local shops at Coligny. We loved the location directly beside the pool! We loved relaxing on the outside porch rockers. The beds are super comfortable. However, there are multiple updates that are needed to make this an even better rental property. The dryer needs to be updated. It would never dry our clothes or towels! It would take almost 2-3 hours for our laundry to dry. The internet is so slow. A new router is recommended to increase the speed. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. The microwave seems to need a replacement. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we will return. I recommend the owner update all appliances to make the condo an even better rental property!

Excellent location!

Beautiful condo located within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery. The pool is conveniently located right near the front door, yet noise was not an issue. The condo has been decorated with bright cheery colors and comfortable beds and furniture. We were 5 senior ladies on a 2 week stay and it did not disappoint! Any minor issues were quickly solved by management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We really had a great time, and the central location and proximity to the beach allowed us to spend more time having fun, and less on getting around. Close to everything. Very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Only problem we had was getting in, but they accommodated us and apologized for the mix up. Everything else ran smooth and we had no problems.

We have stayed in various condos at NSP. Love the location. Love the rooftop pool and hot tub. This condo is showing some wear. The walls were pretty marked up. The carpet needs a good cleaning. The window blinds could use a REALLY good dusting. The linens were a bit worn as well as the King mattress. The space is GREAT. Bedrooms nice size as well as bathrooms. Seems odd the Master Bedroom is upstairs and not downstairs. However, the bedroom downstairs is nice (full size bed). Two adults will be cozy in this room. Kitchen nicely stocked with utensils.
