Ocean One 120 - Beachside Condo

Ocean One 120 verbouwde de keuken, met nieuwe kasten, granieten toonbanken en Black roestvrij top van de lijn apparaten. Nieuwe woonkamer Sofa / Love Seat & stoel. Kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, een koningin en een tweepersoonsbed in slaapkamer 2, en een woonkamer slaapbank. Blijf aan zee en geniet van vele voordelen van een complex aan de oceaan zonder prijzen aan de oceaan te betalen. Gasten die in Ocean One 120 verblijven, genieten van een landschapszicht en hoeven geen straat over te steken om de Atlantische Oceaan en de witte zandstranden te bereiken. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan. Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden.

HHI 2023 Vacation

Couch and chair could use a good cleaning. Outside patio furniture was terribly dirty and could not really use. Some of the walls could use a cleaning and the bathroom floor wasn't clean around the edges and in the corners. Overall I liked the unit itself, just needs a little tlc from cleaning staff.

Find Another Unit To Rent

I would not recommend renting this unit because both bathroom tub/showers have horrible drainage. While showering, you'll be standing in dirty water above ankles and the next person that showers will have to stand in dirty water because it takes so so long for the water to drain. We made a maintenance request day one and were told they are aware of the problem however the drainage couldn't be fixed; they had a few plumbers and the association attempt to fix it in the past but it's unfixable. Disappointed to pay so much money to rent a unit for a week long vacation that we couldn't shower in. Luckily, we had family renting another unit and we were able to shower in their unit. The condominium is in a great location but do yourself a favor DON'T rent this unit find another unit to rent.

Ocean One Unit 120

We enjoyed the property we stayed in, everything was updated and clean. It is a beach property so of course sand is always going to be the biggest problem with the flooring, not sure how that can be prevented as carefully as we tried to be with showering off before entering the condo. We had one frying pan that needed to be pitched because it smelled so bad the first time we used it we never used it again because of that reason, we should have left a note to have it disposed of. It was kind of a cranberry color and had a disgusting smell to it because of something on the bottom of the pan. This property overlooked the front parking lot which did not deter us from having morning coffee on the patio but could have had a much nicer table than the plastic table that was there. The chairs were fine and comfortable but a classier table would have been a huge improvement and the patio flooring needed to be replaced, part of it was missing. Green mold was also present on the outside walls. Any negative comments are only made for room for improvement and would not deter us from choosing this property again! We could tell how much the owner had cared to keep the property up to date and enjoyed all of the improvements! We will highly recommend Ocean One to our friends and family. The staff was there in minutes when we had a problem with our door lock and that speaks volumes for them in our views!

Our annual HHI stay with kids and grandkids in tow!

We've been staying in HHI in October for 15 years. We always bring our adult children and grandchildren plus two of our sisters with us. Family time is out favorite. Seashore Vacations of HHI is our favorite vacation rental company to use. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and they appreciate us as guests. I recommend them every time I get a chance. Ocean One is a great location for us...with grand babies and their paraphernalia, we need one level living plus it's on the beach...beautiful pool and walking distance to Coligny and restaurants. It's a win/win! We love it.

Cleanliness/Maintenance Issues

Upon arrival to our unit, the patio chairs were filthy and patio covered in dirt and leaves. The unit looked as if it had not been cleaned. We cleaned the kitchen counters with a white dish rag and it was filthy. The floors were dirty. We had to clean to feel somewhat comfortable. One of the bathroom tubs didn’t drain and would fill completely up with water when showering. I wrote an email explaining the cleanliness and tub issues. They sent someone out 2 days before we left to have patio furniture cleaned and tub drain cleaned. We felt like we were living in filth all week. With 2 children who want to always be on the floor, we were not happy with the unit and will not be returning.

Loved our family vacation

We are a family of five with three children under the age of 8 so you can imagine we have our hands pretty full. I absolutely loved this villa. Great location (1st floor, close to trash chute) with a private boardwalk to and from the beach and walking distance to parks and stores. plenty of towels for the whole family. starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen. even a starter detergent for laundry and dishwasher which I thought was a great accomodation. enough pots and pans for cooking for the whole family. has wifi for the little ones to be on their tablets or phones watching videos. I was not disappointed with staying at this villa. we will be returning very soon. I definitely recommend it to anyone especially with little ones.

Spring break 2021

The building location was great. We did not have a view of the ocean but the ocean was very close and easily accessible. The condo was not as clean as one would like and the drain in one bathroom was so clogged with sand when we arrived sand came back up in the tub and we were not able to use it. However, the other drain and all other drains worked well. Overall, the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Mini-vacation

Everything about this condo was delightful. Walk to the beach, walk to Coligny, close to grocery stores and HHI has some of the best restaurants. Seafood every day - that’s what I’m talking about! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and furnishings worked just fine. We’re already planning our next vacation!

Our party of 4 really enjoyed our beach vacation at Ocean 21! it is a great location and there are lots of activities at Coligny Beach. I would definitely recommend this condo for a beach trip!
