Ocean One 415 - Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo

Met dekken uit de woonkamer en slaapkamer, genieten gasten die in Ocean One 415 verblijven van een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan en het oceaanzwembad dat leidt naar het strand. 4e verdieping oceaan appartement slaapt 7 personen comfortabel met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, 1 koningin en 1 twin in slaapkamer 2 plus een slaapbank in de woonkamer.
Dit appartement heeft vanaf juli 2019 een nieuw eigendom en de nieuwe eigenaren hebben verschillende upgrades voltooid. Nieuwe plantation shutters, schilderen, vloeren, beddengoed en nog veel meer! Nieuwe foto's worden dit najaar geplaatst.

Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
Vakantiegangers kunnen zich afspoelen onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en vervolgens een duik nemen in het zwembad aan de oceaan.
Ocean One is een vijf verdiepingen lift gebouw gelegen in Zuid-Forest Beach. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de Coligny Plaza, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en entertainment.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!

It had ample closet space as well as kitchen counter and pantry space. I would recommend replacing the carpet that’s in the bedrooms. It was clean but needs a few updates to make it a 10!
