Mooie villa met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Rustig uitzicht vanaf de veranda en de grote slaapkamer met een weelderig landschap en de tennisbanen. Geniet van het zandstrand van Port Royal Sound, een semi-privaat beschermd natuurstrand. Voorzieningen van The Spa zijn onder andere 2 buitenzwembaden, een fitnesszaal, tennisbanen en een basketbalveld. Het pand is omheind met 24-uurs bewaker en biedt een overvloed aan Hilton Heads natuurlijke flora en fauna. Deze villa-master heeft een kingsize bed en een tweeling over een stapelbed op ware grootte in de kamer met een extra uitschuifbaar uitschuifbed. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle kookgerei en keukengerei die u nodig heeft, een roestvrijstalen vaatwasser en fornuis, evenals een wasmachine en een droger. Open plattegrond naar de woon- en eetkamer met een eethoek van 4 stukken en extra zitplaatsen op de beschutte patio. Perfect voor een gezin tijdens je volgende vakantie naar Hilton Head! Regels en voorschriften voor het Spa op Port Royal-geluid zullen u worden verstrekt in uw unit of op verzoek beschikbaar zijn voorafgaand aan de boeking. Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head this summer! I loved this property as it was a bit seculuded from the more touristy areas. My kids preferred to take the short drive or bike ride to Folly Field Beach so they could play in the waves, but I much preferred the calmer water and beach at the condo. The condo was perfect for our family. Its very hard to find a condo that has enough actual beds and not just a pull out couch to fit a family of 5. The property also offered two outdoor pools that were rarely crowded when we were ready to take a break from the beach.

Nice stay
This condo is very nice, just enough space and nicely updated. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. The unit is on the second floor so carrying anything very heavy was difficult but parking was always available near the stairs. Our only disappointment was the beach. We knew this property was on the sound but thought we could go in for a swim. The water is very shallow for quite a ways out. We didn’t see anyone getting out far enough into water deep enough to swim. The upside is the location is somewhat private so if you’re looking to sunbathe only, it’s a great location. We opted to go to the oceanside on the second day which was a short car ride and worked out great for us. If you’re looking for a cozy, private and clean property, this is for you

Nicely remodeled. Very nice unit onky negative is it is the longest distance building to the ocesn on the second floor. As long as that is not a issue for you its a grear place.

Re: kayaks
The only issue we had started at the security house. Absolutely NO kayaks are allowed on the property. The guard was nice enough to let us go through the gate long enough to turn around and leave to find a storage facility for the kayaks. This was an unnecessary $47 for the long weekend. Otherwise we had a blast. The weather was awesome, the accommodations were spectacular and sone of the best seafood we've eaten.

First Time at Hilton Head
What an awesome trip. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we couldn't have picked a better spot. A short walk down to a very quiet beach. We went to the right of the pier and were basically by ourselves both days we set up camp. The kids decided to wear water shoes when the tides were high because of the sea grass/shells in some spots, but when the tides pulled out it was so cool to be able to walk so far out into the ocean. They loved playing in the current that gently pulled us down the shore while we laid on our backs. We even saw a bald eagle land just a few yards away from us! The property had everything we needed, and was very tastefully set up for our family. We had no idea that there was a trundle under the bunk beds so all three kids had a comfortable place to sleep. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening cards. We used one of the pools once for about an hour before grilling out on the communal grills and had the pool all to ourselves. The kids loved learning to play tennis on the courts right outside the back porch. The property is removed enough to not feel the hustle and bustle of the island, but also close enough to where we could hop in the car and explore sea pines and have lunch at the salty dog. The kids did not want to leave, and we definitely see ourselves coming back to rent with this group!
