  • Shorewood 207 is een comfortabele ruime 3 slaapkamer Ocean Front Condo. Dit appartement met 3 slaapkamers heeft 3 volledige baden met een douche / bad-combinatie in elk, een koning in de master, koning in de tweede logeerkamer, koning in de derde slaapkamer plus een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Dit appartement is perfect voor familie of een uitje met stellen. Het uitzicht vanuit dit appartement is geweldig en met dit apparaat aan het einde biedt het een groot extra raam om de zon binnen te laten. Samen met andere gemakken van thuis is er een flatscreen-tv's in elke kamer plus draadloos internet. Geniet van de zon in het gloednieuwe zwembad en bubbelbad direct aan zee in het complex. Pool is verwarmd van 1 maart - 30 april en 1 oktober - 30 november.
    Een van de beste dingen van Shorewood is de locatie en de nabijheid van alles wat je zou willen genieten over Hilton Head Island. Golf, fietsen, winkelen en dineren liggen allemaal op korte afstand.

This place was great, right on the beach, 3 bedrooms each with their own bath and options within walking distance for anything you need (restaurants, groceries, clothes or Souvenirs). We enjoyed everything about Hilton Head.

This unit was very dirty,,, carpet, furniture and very outdated. The property manager was excellent in listening to my concerns. Location was excellent. The owner needs to redo this unit except the kitchen was nice.

Problems

Carpet and living room furniture very dirty also patio very dirty. Kitchen stove burners half worked , washer had to be unplugged to stop it, probably a fire hazard. Blender not working properly. Patio only had three chairs for 7 people, could at least have stack stools or bench for people. Sorry for not so good review but the way it was check air vent by bar heavy with dust.

Great location

I was originally wary of the property from the reviews I read but was familiar with the area and was willing to take a chance for the price and amenities. The rooms were well cleaned but there was damage from age in some areas of the ceiling and in the bath tubs. This was nothing that some work in the off season couldn’t fix. The proximity to the pool, beach, bike paths, and Coligny made up for the outdated-ness/TLC the condo needed. For the price, I would book again.

the owners should be ashamed to rent this. From the FILTHY CHAIRS to 20 yar old coffee maker to wall sockets that were falling away from the wall nothing comfortable about this condo. It is in a great location and just very neglected. I was appalled when we arrived. Will never rent it again. I can't emphasize enough how badly this condo needs updating and renovation.

Tropical storm Debby

This condo is definitely in need of updates in the kitchen and bathrooms (bathrooms especially). There were holes in the ceiling and faucets that barely worked. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. Our trip was cut short due to tropical storm Debby and we left after 2 days. There was no kind of compensation even mentioned.

Good location but poorly kept unit

Location is great, condo is very dated and poorly kept. The carpet is covered in stains, there was a hole in the roof of one of the bathrooms from a leak, pieces of the popcorn ceiling fell of (presumably from previous water damage) during our stay. I saw other condos in the community that were well kept and updated, and this was neither. I would not stay in the unit again.

Great property, but condo needs updating

Shorewood is in a great location, making almost anything you need no more than a 10 minute walk away. The grounds were super clean and the pool, outdoor bathrooms and beach access were perfect. The condo on the other hand could use some updating. We found a lot of the dishes to be dirty. It looks like someone drew on the carpet with black magic marker. The hall bathrooms shower curtain had more shower rings that were not working than were working. It needs to be replaced. There were holes in the bedsheets. We also killed a couple cockroaches. My family is not fancy and just rolled with it, but I wanted to be clear and upfront with what to expect with this condo. The font balcony has great views of the beach and I really enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with my cup of coffee. All in all, it’s a great location to explore all that Hilton Head has to offer, but the condo is in need of a few updates.

FELL OFF!No lights in bedrooms that attach to the switch.Ceiling is falling down.Pots and pan handles are loose.Kitchen redo is like lipstick on a pig.No deadbolt. Had to put chair in front of it to secure it.Bathroom has hot out of downspout and cold goes to the shower.Table on patio had the be leveled with folded paper.Lounge chair straps are broken.Microwave is too close to the stove top, cannot stir a pan. When both the microwave and stove are on at the same time it pops a circuit breaker.If the owner would just invest some money in the unit, it would be terrific. PROS:The view.The pool.Close to Coligny.The management company.

The location is superb. The view is great. Loved the patio. The unit was clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for our family. However, some of the villa is in need of renovation. The Master Bath looks brand new but the others looked old. Some of the paint and baseboard is worn. The mattress in the MBR was too soft and uncomfortable. I would stay again but I have seen other units in this building in better shape.

We have been visiting for years and usually stay at Ocean One, but may be hooked on Shorewood going forward. We chose unit 207 due to cost, but will most likely stay in another unit going forward. Main living area was open and spacious and can’t deny how nice the view was from the dining table and out on the balcony. The kitchen is small but functional. The bathrooms need a lot of attention though. Water marks and peeled paint on the ceiling, old gross vanities, possible mold on baseboards behind toilet and base of vanities. Would not have been a big deal if just outdated, but these were boarder line gross. The final issue was the patio door. It would not stay closed and slid open a couple inches as soon as you closed it. I did let the management company know so it could get fixed for the renters. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Shorewood. Just maybe not unit 207
