My wife, my family, and I recently stayed at the resort, and overall, it was a great experience. This trip felt like a full circle moment for us. When we first visited in 2013 for Valentine’s Day, we were college students and a young couple. Returning now with our two young kids, especially for our youngest son’s first Easter, made it even more special.
We have consistently had positive experiences here, and it was great to see updates around the resort.
I want to recognize a few staff members who stood out. Jadien in the shop was incredibly helpful and maintained a great attitude while assisting multiple guests. We even saw her the next morning hosting breakfast. Winston has always had a positive attitude across our stays. David (I believe that’s his name), who worked as a bellman and valet, went above and beyond helping us resolve a room mix up and handling our bags.
One piece of feedback is around valet and communication. After requesting a bell hop at checkout, no one came, and I later noticed only one person working, which seemed like a staffing issue. Also, we were not informed about the Easter egg hunt at check in. We only learned about it later after seeing it being set up and asking. Clear communication on events would improve the experience.
Overall, we look forward to returning this summer.
