Springwood 97 - Forest Beach 1e verdieping appartement - 3 slaapkamers

Springwood 97 heeft zojuist de verbouwing van ALLE 3 ligbaden voltooid in november 2017. De badkamers zijn fris en eigentijds! Springwood 97 is een appartement op de eerste verdieping zonder stappen om te navigeren. King in slaapkamer, twee koninginnen in slaapkamer 2, twee tweelingen in slaapkamer 3, woonkamer slaapbank. Deze accommodatie ligt op 3 blokken van het strand van de Atlantische Oceaan en op 1 blok van het tenniscentrum en de Players Club van Van Meer. Een speciaal lidmaatschap van deze faciliteiten zorgt ervoor dat gasten van Springwood beperkt gebruik kunnen maken van de club, fitnessapparatuur en een binnenzwembad. Deze community heeft een eigen zwembad en een peuterbad. Parkeren is mogelijk bij de voordeur van elke woning. Springwood ligt op loopafstand van Coligny Plaza, de strandmarkt en het park. Dit schilderachtige centrum biedt gasten een brede selectie aan restaurants, winkels en entertainment voor alle leeftijden.

Yearly Trip to Hilton Head

This was by far the best property we stayed on outside of the resort areas. Location was excellent and nearby shops for my wife to visit. Condo was great with three separate rooms and three separate bathrooms made it a really enjoyable experience.

Great Place but Parking Problems

This would have been a straight 5 stars, but parking was not good. They have signs stating parking is strictly enforced, but when someone was parked in my spot nothing was done. I contacted the office and was told they can't help me. When I parked in other spots that weren't mine, I was harassed with notes on my car. I was afraid someone was going to damage my car for being in their spot or possibly get towed. I had to put a note on the car in my spot to take care of it myself. It worked out because the owner of the car did move it once they got the note. But I should not have had to deal with this. If I go back to Hilton Head I am not sure I will go back to the same place. If they didn't want to help me with this it makes me wonder if they would help on other issues - thankfully I had no other issues.

Convenient Comfort

The condo is located within walking distance of the beach or Coligny Plaza. You have access to the community pool and the AC works amazingly. I highly recommend this condo. A few things to be aware of: Everything you need to cook with is present, but there are no coffee, seasonings, or other cooking ingredients like sugar or flour available (come prepared). In the back bedroom, close to the entry, one of the bed frames was broken and had indications it had been fisfixedex multiple times. The shower in that bedroom was not draining properly.

This is a very nicely updated condo in a great location.

Very easy check-in. I liked not having to go back by the office to drop off keys since the condo has keyless entry.

Great please to stay . Very vice kitchen and bathrooms. Could definitely be cleaner . The kitchen should get some more utensils and cups for sure . But had a nice time and stay .

Spring at Springwood

We are familiar with Springwood and were again pleased with staying here. This unit was set up nicely for a family to stay the whole week. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for meals, which was very much appreciated. We missed the pool opening by a day, but it’s always a nice area to walk around and enjoy the scenery. We love being close to the new park and ride scooters there daily.

Great Location! Walking distance to Coligny Plaza

Property was spacious and clean. Pleanty of room for a family of 6 (including 4 teenagers). Location is fantastic. Steps from some of the best spots in HHI including restaurants, Coligny Plaza, LowCountry Celebration Park and the new Sandbox Childrens museum. Surrounding area is safe and the beach is less then a 10 minute walk with free shuttling if desired. Five Star property.

Loved our Hilton Head week

Property was as described. Owner has been making renovations, bathrooms are kitchen are great. His next investment should definitely be in the beds. Mattresses are worn out and it’s so important to get a good nights rest when vacationing.

Clean, modern villa. Updated kitchen and bathrooms; it felt luxurious! Generous size pool with a tropical courtyard. The pictures of this property looked great, and it was even better than what the pictures showed. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Location was perfect

We had a 3 bedroom for 3 couples and 5 kids and we all had places to sleep and only one 7yr old had to use an air mattress which we knew she would .. We were walking distance from the beach and the pool is awsome ..Very quiet area ..located close to alot of food options and shops...free trolley transportation from the front door ..the condo was very roomy ...we had a great stay for 6 days :)

We had a great time! The beach is a short walk away and it gives everyone a chance to talk to each other on the way - an unexpected bonus! Everything is easy to get to and everywhere we went the people were so friendly! We loved it!

Spacious and nice location

The unit was comfortable with plenty of space for 7-8 people. We enjoyed the location for the pool, beach, biking, fantastic ship playground, just everything. Main reason not 5 stars was from extremely noisy neighbors above us....playing loud music and banging til 4 in the morning each night. Hope they’re not permanent as will deter future guests. Would love to rent again if that problem is remedied.

Overall pleased

Place was extremely spacious for 6-8 and worked very well for my grandma who uses a walker. Some thing are a little outdated but that didn’t bother us at all. Only issue we didn’t love was a slow drain in one of the showers.
